I have hired Mr. Rooter on many occasions and they have never let me down. I recently replaced all my faucets in the house and the garbage disposal. The work was done in a timely manner and the workmanship was outstanding. This company is very professional and they have never left the job without making sure the area worked on is completely clean and back in order.

Terrible! I scheduled a next day service with this company with their Camp Verde office between 8am-11am. Day of service they no call no show. When I called inquiring what happened they implied I made the mess up, took no responsibility, and then transferred me to their Phoenix office. I do not recommend them... don't waste your time.

Ripped Off! I explained to the dispatcher that I had a mobile home with a leak and that the plumber would have to crawl under the mobile home to inspect the leak prior to quoting. He refused to crawl under the home unless I paid a quote of over $300 just to inspect so he could give me a quote. Flat rate pricing is a rip off. As a retired plumber, I would have fixed the problem myself, except that I am too large to crawl under the mobile home. I am quite sure the fix is simple and would not take over 1 hour to perform. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because I was looking for a plumber in our area. They sent Ryan out within the hour. We did not have an emergency which I explained, just a clogged kitchen sink. My husband had already dismantled & checked out the drains so we knew it must be in the cleanout, however we did not have the appropriate tool needed. I would give Ryan 5 stars, he was very professional and took care of the problem in a matter of minutes. The problem we have is the amount we were charged, $316.68 for maybe a half hour's work. I was taken aback at the time, but since he had already brought his equipment in I went ahead. The following day I made the mistake of calling around to a couple of other plumbers and found the fees for this service to be considerably lower than what we were charged. Beware, even though they say there is no additional charges, it seems they've elevated their costs to include them. Now, I feel taken advantage of, especially during this difficult time of the pandemic. When you are on a lowered income because of the current situation these things really matter! It's my fault for not checking around first.

I had a water leak and Mr. ROOTER was called out to fix it. Only bc my 1st choice couldn't get here for a week. So i had to get someone out sooner. So far no problems but they did tack on a $150 fee to work in a crawl space which I've never heard of.. I was not happy about that. One iota, but what are you gonna do when you need water to flush your toilets? Next time I will call a local business. They wouldnt let me have the warranty either bcuz they couldn't test my water pressure, even though I told them to. I was not happy about this. So these guys are way overpriced. The crawlspace fee is rediculous.

We were given an estimate which was for the worst case scenario. The job turned out to be much easier, probably best case scenario. No adjustment was made. We could have hired a plumber at $200/hour and ended up at a better price. The problem was fixed but way too expensive. I sent them a message with my concerns and never heard back. I will not use again.

I needed to have a leak detection service at our property in Parks. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Mr. Rooter.. Sometimes it's tough getting subcontractors in this rural area to respond and show up when they say they will. They seem to always want to charge a premium trip charge. This is definitely not the case with Mr. Rooter.

From the first phone call, Dustin was kind and gracious of his time, spending 20 minutes on the phone with me talking through our issue. He referred us to a leak detection provider who was FANTASTIC.

Mr. Rooter followed up with me yesterday to confirm our appointment again. Today, Ryan from Mr. Rooter was onsite to assist the leak detection process. He was kind and really helpful.

Fortunately we didn't have a leak, but there are a couple of recommended improvements that we already knew about - it was great that they picked up on them, too. Confirms they know their stuff.

The most impressive thing is that there was NO CHARGE for MR. Rooter to show up and assist. No trip charge, no fee at all. If there had been a problem, they would have been there to understand the magnitude of the issue and would have been able to provide a proposal for work immediately, saving me time. I really appreciate that.

I will use Mr. Rooter in the future when I do the improvements, as I feel they have earned my trust. Thanks, Dustin and Ryan!

My sister-in-law (a senior on hospice)had a toilet backed up so I plunged it but was clogged in the el. Called these people and regret it. The young man did well. Cleaned up well. He showed my the charge and ok'd it. Then he suggested a new valve and supply as the other was restricted. They charged this poor woman $130 for A VALVE & another $120 for the supply line! Unconscionable! They said"" next visit"" will reduce the bill. As a sober American, I'll go elsewhere!
