I had a appointment scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 am. On Saturday, I received frequent updated calls that they are trying to find a technician to come out. This went on until about 11:00 am, finally the CSR told me that they are short staffed and run a skeleton crew on a Saturday. I'm not sure why that was not disclosed when the appointment was scheduled. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday. The technician came to the house 45 minutes later than scheduled and after I prompted a call to them at the end of my scheduled time of 1 to 2 p.m. The technician told me the estimated price and I ask for the estimate to be sent to my email. He typed it in and said he sent it. Here it is Tuesday and I don't have it. Very unreliable.

They came out again today for another Leak (two leaks in one day) and totally professional got the job done right....
No their not cheap BUT it's done the way it should be done...I highly recommend them and their going to re pipe my home in Sept

Great the first time they came out. Second time I needed them 30days afterwards. Called early am said get back to you in 1hr never heard from them again.
My house was down no toilets no sinks bath tubes. Everythingbacked up. Nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!! John's plumbing the most wonderful people to deal with. They found the real problem that Mr Rooter. Could find or didn't want to. So sorry bad business.

They were so busy, the kept me informed hourly, but no show by end of the day. kinda disappointed. But many plumbers in the area was booked up. So I call several other plumbing business in area. Found some kinda shady with there diagnostics. But finall Mr. Rooter called the following day and sent a technician.

Jose was great, honest and forthright. He diagnosed and found the issue quickly. What I thought was going to be an extensive repair was simple.

I didn't like the labor cost, but since Jose was was honest, I let him complete the repairs.

Definitely will call Mr. Rooter again!

The service professional came in and gave us an estimate to do the job. They were very professional and although they were not the cheapest, we went with them because other companies just seemed too dirty looking. Called this company due to water overflowing my master bathroom. Plumber came out within 3 hours. He tried unclogging with the machine and he claimed that wasn't working. Then he stated a bigger machine was needed to breakout whatever was clogging the drain and it would cost me $1200. I told him I would call my insurance comoany and he was adamant that they wouldn't cover the cost. Once I was on the phone with my insurance company he quotes them $1250. I stopped him and said wait you told me $1200...he gave me a look and said ok $1200. From that pointI just asked him to leave and I would deal directly with my insurance company.
I will never use or recommend this company again!!!
