Service requested was very timely and efficient. The quality was also done professionally.

Value, even then I was cut a break and they reduced it at 1/3rd the normal price.

Problems: Their accounting is abysmal, I am sure they will know who I am given the time and date of this review. They unfairly kept quoting me for a service that I had already paid for and to go even as far to re-enter my old information that I had to pursue the lenders fraud department.

Thankfully, it was resolved, but I don't appreciate the hassle of going through this and if it didn't get solved I was already ready to lawyer up to go to against the blatant fraud being committed by this company, they should fire their accountant.

I had a stoppage at a rental house. My tenant contacted you all to clear the mainline. Your tech came out and ran the snake down the clean out and couldn't get through the blockage. He proceeded to tell my tenant that it was a root that likely collapsed the line. Told her the only way to know is to bring his ""special machine"" that can cut through roots for $1500. Then proceeded to say that if it is collapsed that they would have to dig a 4x4 hole and replace the line and pump the tank for $4500. I called him back playing dumb and he tells me the same song and dance. When I questioned him about why he didn't use the cutter on his snake he was stuttering and knew he had been caught in a lie. I told him that he should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of people. Judging by previous comments this seems to be common practice for this company. Jose you should be ashamed of yourself. By the way... called a REPUTABLE plumber out today, $200 with the same equipment your tech has and what do you know line is CLEAR! Be warned! Do not trust Mr.Rooter, Jose, or his employees!

Plumber looked at my pipes and said they were too old and still made me pay. When I wrote a bad review they got back to me and said they'd send someone to come try to snake my drain. They sent same guy and he says to me I'll send you a refund if you never call us again. I thought that was rude and pointless but I said fine. Then they never sent refund and I've called and emailed and they say we'll call you back and never do. Bad business practices. Edit: they finally sent refund. Thank you

Customer service was great. They answered my call immediately and had someone out within an hour. The technician was nice and professional. The amount he quoted me was the amount I paid. I live in a mobile and am on a septic system. I am always leery about calling a plumber because it always turns out to be expensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So thankful for how quick they were able to come out to my home. I've never had to deal with a septic tank before and our was Full! I called and thank the Lord they were able to come out the next day! The two guys that came out were so nice and helpful I'll be calling them for all our septic needs!
