I woke at a restaurant and had a leak in one of my pipes they came super quick they had to come can for a second service and I switched the time in them and they came super quick !!!! They are so helpful and JOEY IS AMAZING!!!!!! As a restaurant manager I always notice customer service and I appreciate the service provided by Joey thank you guys !!!!!!

Called on a weekend and they replied back within 10 minutes and were able to provide an estimate. They did not charge extra for a weekend call and came within the hour to fix my hose faucet. He communicated when he was coming and was quick to resolve the problem. I would use their service again.

Mr Rooter Plumbing are guy to choose. They offered the fastest response time & after initially not succeeding with the snake we upgraded to the pressure wash. They kept their word on pricing. Joey Crowe & Sergio came out did as fast as job as they could & helped explain everything to me so I knew I was making their right choices.

Called these guys because most of review was great. They said they will be here between 3pm and 5pm. Took time off work to be here and waited but a no show. I called them and the one answering was Joey. He said they were busy all day and just got done. Its past 5pm and no courtesy call. He said he will send a text but that didnt happened either. Cant give business to companies that cant keep there appointment.

Not all plumbers are the same......................

I called a well known plumber company to unclog my toilet.
They came out and used a hand held snake for 15 minutes - only to
inform me that they need to charge me $950.00 to fix the toilet.

I told them that the price was high and passed on their offer.

I contacted Mr. Rooter of Torrance - long story, short. Sergio C.
as well as Dan C. came out and were fantastic. They completed
the entire job and my cost was more than 1/2 of Mike Diamond's
quote.

Call this company and save yourself some serious money.

Mr. Rooter saved the day for me. A pipe had burst in my front sprinkler system and water was gushing down the street -- I could not turn the water off, even at the main turn-off. When my regular plumber could not respond that day, I called Mr. Rooter, and to my relief they had a truck on the road immediately. Technicians Jerreme and Joseph located the problem and replaced the pipe the same afternoon. The whole interaction was pleasant and COVID-safe.

It was expensive ($1300), but I suspect that was just the nature of the job. I will definitely consider Mr. Rooter for future work, especially emergencies!

I will never call this plumber again because the technician didn't come on time. The technician finished the job but can't give me a receipt after I paid him. I called Joey to request the receipt but he never send it to me even I already gave him my email address. I made an appointment with Joey a day before and he said between 9 to 11 am but the technician didn't show up until 12:15 pm. I gave 2 stars to the technician Sergio. He seems like a nice guy but lack of experience to replace the garbage disposal. He took about 4 hours to finish the job.

Awesome! I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they had someone here in less than 2 hours. All COVID protocols were followed, booties worn inside, and he went the extra mile by cleaning the floor and moving everything from under the cabinet and then putting it all back. I'll definitely be using them again!
