Have used them for the business and they are typically fast with the reply, but they charge a whole bunch of money.

Don't call them! They can't even fix a drain. After repeated promises to show up on the day scheduled, they showed the next day- very late- and didn't have the right snake so they left and never returned. I called twice again and got more empty promises. I never got a return visit. All I have is wasted time and a clogged drain. My advice: call a real plumber!

Oscar was the tech.... good balance between being professional yet personal. Drain was unclogged in 30 minutes, also dropped a camera down the clean out to inspect to see if there might be further issues, nope --- all looked good. He did not try and sell me what I didn't need.... FYI: this was a late Sunday afternoon/evening. No extra upcharge.

I had a fantastic experience with them today. Kitchen sink completely plugged up on a Sunday. I have them a call and 2 hrs later Jeff and Joey arrived. They wore masks and kept appropriate distances the entire time. They snaked the line and cleared the problem quickly and expertly. The price was very reasonable and no higher than normal despite it being a Sunday. Jeff and Joey couldn't have been nicer to work with. Would use them again for sure!

Review would be 5 stars but have issue with warranty. Highly recommend Joey from Culver City. I had a gas leak, looked on yelp and chose this company because of their great reviews. I called and made a appointment Joey came to my house and explained the costs for the estimates. I decided to go with this company. I made a appointment to have my gas line checked to find the leak. The young man who came to find my gas leak was also Joey. I will call him Joey from Culver City he told me the problems and also show'd me pictures of my gas leak. I needed to get my gas line replaced. The other Joey gave me the quote to have the gas line replaced and valves in the house replaced. I asked how long is the warranty and i was told 5yrs. Joey from Culver City started the work immediately, he was very professional and did a outstanding job. Once he finished that job i had him replace my water heater and he did a outstanding job again. Here is my problem, once it was time to pay for the gasline replacement the invoice stated 1yr warranty, I called the other Joey immediately regarding the discrepancies in the warranty. He told me it was a standard invoice and he would email me a new one, once he gets to the office. I didnt get a new invoice that evening, I called him again he then stated once the bill is closed he cant change the invoice. Okay i asked to just send me a email with the correct warranty on it. He says okay he will do it once he gets to the office. This song and dance goes on and finally he says when his boss returns on 7/13/20 he will give him the info so he can send me the warranty. 7/13/20 no updated warranty. Contact him again on 7/15/20 same response. He will let his boss know. I give up. I will print out all my correspondence as proof of the warranty for the gasline I was given. Would I use this company again yes but prior to payment I must have verification of warranty.

We had some plumbing problems so we called ""Mr Rooter.""
Let me start with Jeff was very professional! He was courteous, on time, cleaned up after the project and was a man of his word.
Jeff did a high velocity hydro scrub for the drains and also a camera inspection. The camera noted a crack in the main sewer line drain. Jeff started immediately on the project and finished the following day. Even though some of the crew had family issues and couldn't make it back, Jeff made no excuses and completed the project by himself and on schedule. That's integrity and a man who has what it takes.
Thank you Jeff for the awesome work you did. We highly recommend Mr Rooter and would also suggest you request Jeff for your technician.

I called..set up an appointment for an estimate..the plumber Art showed up way earlier...gave us a great estimate and completed job that same day..he was great!

What a joke. I called them because of their high reviews. I should have looked at all their recent negative reviews.

Was a pain to get them to show up. On three occasions I called them after my appointment window, the dispatch never sent anyone! Fourth time I learned my lesson and called ahead of time. Of course they had forgotten again but this time sent someone out at the end if the window.

They wanted to charge me $900 for a $20 part and $2000 for a $60 dollar part, both of which are not very complicated to install.

Don't waste your time, call someone else.
