Review would be 5 stars but have issue with warranty. Highly recommend Joey from Culver City. I had a gas leak, looked on yelp and chose this company because of their great reviews. I called and made a appointment Joey came to my house and explained the costs for the estimates. I decided to go with this company. I made a appointment to have my gas line checked to find the leak. The young man who came to find my gas leak was also Joey. I will call him Joey from Culver City he told me the problems and also show'd me pictures of my gas leak. I needed to get my gas line replaced. The other Joey gave me the quote to have the gas line replaced and valves in the house replaced. I asked how long is the warranty and i was told 5yrs. Joey from Culver City started the work immediately, he was very professional and did a outstanding job. Once he finished that job i had him replace my water heater and he did a outstanding job again. Here is my problem, once it was time to pay for the gasline replacement the invoice stated 1yr warranty, I called the other Joey immediately regarding the discrepancies in the warranty. He told me it was a standard invoice and he would email me a new one, once he gets to the office. I didnt get a new invoice that evening, I called him again he then stated once the bill is closed he cant change the invoice. Okay i asked to just send me a email with the correct warranty on it. He says okay he will do it once he gets to the office. This song and dance goes on and finally he says when his boss returns on 7/13/20 he will give him the info so he can send me the warranty. 7/13/20 no updated warranty. Contact him again on 7/15/20 same response. He will let his boss know. I give up. I will print out all my correspondence as proof of the warranty for the gasline I was given. Would I use this company again yes but prior to payment I must have verification of warranty.

We had some plumbing problems so we called ""Mr Rooter.""
Let me start with Jeff was very professional! He was courteous, on time, cleaned up after the project and was a man of his word.
Jeff did a high velocity hydro scrub for the drains and also a camera inspection. The camera noted a crack in the main sewer line drain. Jeff started immediately on the project and finished the following day. Even though some of the crew had family issues and couldn't make it back, Jeff made no excuses and completed the project by himself and on schedule. That's integrity and a man who has what it takes.
Thank you Jeff for the awesome work you did. We highly recommend Mr Rooter and would also suggest you request Jeff for your technician.

I called..set up an appointment for an estimate..the plumber Art showed up way earlier...gave us a great estimate and completed job that same day..he was great!

What a joke. I called them because of their high reviews. I should have looked at all their recent negative reviews.

Was a pain to get them to show up. On three occasions I called them after my appointment window, the dispatch never sent anyone! Fourth time I learned my lesson and called ahead of time. Of course they had forgotten again but this time sent someone out at the end if the window.

They wanted to charge me $900 for a $20 part and $2000 for a $60 dollar part, both of which are not very complicated to install.

Don't waste your time, call someone else.

I've been using Mr. Rooter for about a year now, I've used several other Plummer's before but this one is thorough and clean. The staff is friendly I mostly deal with Joey who is kind and respectful..I will continue to do business with this company that seems fair and honest.. thanks for the last minute service today which was done by another employee name Joey

I was looking to replace a 17 years old 75 gallon water heater with a tankless water heater. Joey recommended to replace it with a similar unit to save money. It didn't work out since the newer units are 12 inches taller and I didn't want to open the ceiling in the garage, which the crew was ready to do at no additional cost.

I ended up going with Navien 240A, possibly the best tankless heater in the market. I had other quotes for the job and Dan (owner) price matched them. He came back the next day to ensure smooth operation and fine tune recirculation settings that keep the water in the system alway hot in this model.

All personnel were experienced, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go an extra mile. I'm very happy with my choice of the contractor for the job. Highly recommended.

These guys were great. On the night my pipe burst Joey and his team were here within an hour to fix the leak. They took pictures and video of underneath the house to show me what was happening. As the pipes here were over 70 years old I ended up asking them to repipe the whole house. Oscar, James, and Dan were all very polite and helpful and did a great job quickly so we were not without water for too long. Thank you again, gentlemen.

Plumbing problems come with a certain level of stress.
And not that there is ever a good time for a plumbing problem, but they typically present themselves at the worst possible time. More stress!
My go-to plumber of twenty years recently retired so of course my plumbing decided to misbehave.
I was doing laundry when suddenly the drain water was going into my bath tub and toilet instead of the main drain.
Who to call????
I called a few places and the dispatchers were not helpful
So I turned to YELP . I Read about several companies before I found Mr. Rooter of Torrance.
After reading so many positive reviews I gave them a call .
The dispatcher was helpful and said he would send someone out within the hour. Jeff the plumber arrived on time and ready to help. My problem needed extra help so Jeff called Billy who operates a Hydro Jet machine for Mr.Rooter.
Both men were professional, kind, and very easy to work with. They did what was needed. So Problem solved!
Highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen plumbers.
Six months have passed since I wrote my original review and I required plumbing help again.....Old house
Today Henry came out from Mr.Rooter to rescue us.
He was Kind, helpful and accommodating.
This company hires the Good Guys.

At 5 PM tonight our main line sewer backed up. The estimate for arrival was between 6 and 8 PM. Dan arrived at 5:30PM. He immediately went to work. By 6 he called in reinforcements as our house is a little complicated plumbing wise. They were done by 8!!! Billy, Joe and Dan were amazing! Would HIGHLY recommend. clean, fast professional and not overpriced for the work they did!

Joey Crow showed up on time and was very professional. He gave us a quote explaining everything they were going to do beforehand. Dan did an amazing job replacing our sewage pipe and other pipes that were rotted under our kitchen and bathroom floors. The work was done in less than 3 days. I recommend these guys. They were quick and very professional. If you want peace of mind give them a call!
