I called Mr. Rooter on Hathorne blvd. Torrance. To open a simple main line drain with easy outdoor access would cost me $225 ! He said that is the competiteive price. So ridiculous, as most drain opening service is under $100 and most about $79 or less! He would let me talk and got very defensive when I said it is not competitive. Kept going on, without letting me have a word in. The worse response I have had from a plumber in 45 yrs owoing my home. I would not recommend these co. with such a defenseive attitude.

A huge thank you for Joseph/Joey, who came out at the end of his day to fix my tenant's shower! I called for an emergency issue at 5pm and Joey came out around 7ish to take a look. He was able to give me an estimate and began the work immediately. It was not simple drain issue so he took the time to investigate underneath the house!! He gave me a few options but continued to try different approaches. On the last approach, he got it!

I appreciate that he took his time to investigate and explain the issue to me, he attempted different (and much cheaper) approaches, and he cleared the issue (he even showed me the blockage, I almost hugged him)! HUGE THANK YOU, Joey!

I woke at a restaurant and had a leak in one of my pipes they came super quick they had to come can for a second service and I switched the time in them and they came super quick !!!! They are so helpful and JOEY IS AMAZING!!!!!! As a restaurant manager I always notice customer service and I appreciate the service provided by Joey thank you guys !!!!!!

Great plumbers!!! Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to be done. The price I was given to repair the leak was fair. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called on a weekend and they replied back within 10 minutes and were able to provide an estimate. They did not charge extra for a weekend call and came within the hour to fix my hose faucet. He communicated when he was coming and was quick to resolve the problem. I would use their service again.

Mr Rooter Plumbing are guy to choose. They offered the fastest response time & after initially not succeeding with the snake we upgraded to the pressure wash. They kept their word on pricing. Joey Crowe & Sergio came out did as fast as job as they could & helped explain everything to me so I knew I was making their right choices.

Called these guys because most of review was great. They said they will be here between 3pm and 5pm. Took time off work to be here and waited but a no show. I called them and the one answering was Joey. He said they were busy all day and just got done. Its past 5pm and no courtesy call. He said he will send a text but that didnt happened either. Cant give business to companies that cant keep there appointment.

Not all plumbers are the same......................

I called a well known plumber company to unclog my toilet.
They came out and used a hand held snake for 15 minutes - only to
inform me that they need to charge me $950.00 to fix the toilet.

I told them that the price was high and passed on their offer.

I contacted Mr. Rooter of Torrance - long story, short. Sergio C.
as well as Dan C. came out and were fantastic. They completed
the entire job and my cost was more than 1/2 of Mike Diamond's
quote.

Call this company and save yourself some serious money.
