Technician appeared to be new and not very experienced. He was not able to unclog the drain, despite spending hours. Suggested a jet-something and got a quote for apps $1000 (or more). The next day, I called a different plumber and he was done in less than 15 minutes. No special jetting, or whatever that's called.

I was so thankful how Jerreme Allan resolved our ruining toilet that has given us constant issues. He arrived fully masked and wearing gloves. I was able to point him to the location and explain the problem while I continued a zoom meeting. After a short time he replaced the faulty part and let me know he was done. I had a very impressive experience with Mr Rooter today. First time using them, but definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service. I thought most places are closed on new year day, but Mr Rooter is still open. The supervisor *Joey Crowe* picked up the phone right away, and was able to send the technician *Joey Morris* within half an hour to clear my kitchen sink. It worked perfectly now. Fast and very pleasant experience. Definitely a five star.

Bait & Switch. Charged a low initial price. They made sure to just barely clear the clog (asked me to shout out to me when it happened, then immediately pulled their snake), then tried to up-sell me when I called back. As soon as I said, ""you were just here,"" they answered, ""oh, yes, we were talking about that -- you need repairs,"" then lied and said they'd snaked it to the street. Under the terms of the contract, I can have it re-snaked for free, which is what I want. The guys they sent out said they didn't even bring the snake.
Update: the comment from the owner has several more lies: they didn't ""run water,"" they didn't offer to run a camera, and I didn't yell at them -- although I did yell at their ""supervisor"" who called and lied to me on the phone after they left.

Have used them for the business and they are typically fast with the reply, but they charge a whole bunch of money.

Don't call them! They can't even fix a drain. After repeated promises to show up on the day scheduled, they showed the next day- very late- and didn't have the right snake so they left and never returned. I called twice again and got more empty promises. I never got a return visit. All I have is wasted time and a clogged drain. My advice: call a real plumber!
