Dave F did an amazing job fixing a leak in the backyard and replacing the pressure reducer valve. The ordeal was a little pricey but we felt it was all worth it. He did excellent follow through, was very friendly and detail oriented.

I am not looking forward to any more plumbing problems, but if something does go wrong, I will not think twice before calling this company and ask for Dave.

Wow! I didn't know that excellent service like this still existed.

I was attempting a little home plumbing repair and -- just like a theme park ride -- something went horribly wrong. I was in over my head and we had no water coming into the house.

Having read positive Yelp reviews, I called Mr. Rooter and their technician Jim came out within 15 minutes. He had it all fixed (and better than I would have done) in lighting fast time. Best yet, their price was amazingly reasonable, especially considering it was a Saturday. Jim was as friendly and understanding as any service provider I've ever encountered (including Nordstroms).

I will absolutely use Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing problems in the future. I really can't imagine how their service could have been any better, hence the 5 stars.

This company earned my repeating business.
They are very puncutal and go out of their way to minimize the wait time and keep updating me on their schedule as they are about to come (that's good - my time is worth money too!).
They are super-curtious and most important: know how to get the job done period. They work with a fixed price-list and always try to keep the scope to a minimum. I already called them twice the last year (different areas of the house) and both times my impression stayed the same: these are hard working people who believe in earnest work for an earnest pay. As every house owner knows - you always need a plumber and this company belives in forming a relationship over time, not just to make a buck right here and now.

Price wise, they are within the norm, maybe a tad more expenisve then a free lancer dude you happen to know, but for the service and quality I don't really care.
It is the cheap vendors who often ending up costing the most with inflated scope and half done jobs.

We needed a water heater, as ours was leaking all over the garage. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and gave me a price, which seemed competitive. He had the unit changed and finished in just a few hours. I now have hot water and a dry garage! Very happy with the service and the courtesy and professionalism of their tech.

fast, professional, reasonable prices. orig they said they'd come tomorrow, but had an opening in their schedule and called to see if I'd like them today. they took care of 2 sink troubles, no muss no fuss. I will use them again when I need a plumber.

Too bad the automated survey call I got from them went unanswered, as I would have given all ""10's"". But alas it was completely automated and wanted me to punch in answeres on my phone touchtone dial, and I was on an antique rotary dial phone. Oh well, maybe they will see this review on yelp.

I had a very positive experience with Mr Rooter. Before I called, I already knew exactly what I did to caused my sink clog, and it was addressed in a very timely and very professional manner. I felt completely comfortable with the service provided, despite being a single girl who lives alone. They even called to ask me if they could fix my problem sooner.

We also talked about my hot water heater (old and should be replaced), my smelly master shower drain (has an angled drain pipe, but should be scrubbed with a re-bent cheap toilet brush), my plans to remodel my kitchen (seems I'd have to run new gas lines to accommodate a gas stove but could be constrained by my gas line), and how to clean my garbage disposal (ice cubes).

I had clogged pipes on my second floor of my home so I called Mr. Rooter. They sent JIM FORD who arrived on time. He explained me in detail about the issue and how he is going to fix. He provided me the quote which was higher than expected. Jim was very professional and provided me some tips on how I could fix the issue myself. Based on his tips, I was able to fix the issue myself. Without his guidance I couldn't have done it as I am not a very good handyman. I was truly amazed by Jim's professional approach and no pressure attitude. Mr. Rooter might be little expensive, but their staff is very professional (based on my experience with Jim Ford).

They managed to find some one same day to come take a look at my garbage disposal, found it to be a minor issue and fixed it immediately. Excellent service when they were onsite. Finally found a good plumber

I wish all Plumbing Service companies are like Mr. Rooter. Dave F. came by my house to check on some rattling noise coming from my pipes. He was very courteous and informative. Within hearing the sound he knew exactly what the problem was and gave detailed explanation of the root cause. The noise was coming from the water meter on the street but it was resonating through the pipe all the way into the house. He explained that since my home was older the pipes were probably strapped directly to the wood framing and transferring the clicking noise from the water meter.

He gave me a few suggestions to remedy the problem and gave me assurance that it was only the clicking sound resonating and not my pipes rattling around in the wall.

Next plumbing problem not even going to look around just going to call Mr. Rooter directly. Great Service.
