I had clogged pipes on my second floor of my home so I called Mr. Rooter. They sent JIM FORD who arrived on time. He explained me in detail about the issue and how he is going to fix. He provided me the quote which was higher than expected. Jim was very professional and provided me some tips on how I could fix the issue myself. Based on his tips, I was able to fix the issue myself. Without his guidance I couldn't have done it as I am not a very good handyman. I was truly amazed by Jim's professional approach and no pressure attitude. Mr. Rooter might be little expensive, but their staff is very professional (based on my experience with Jim Ford).

They managed to find some one same day to come take a look at my garbage disposal, found it to be a minor issue and fixed it immediately. Excellent service when they were onsite. Finally found a good plumber

I wish all Plumbing Service companies are like Mr. Rooter. Dave F. came by my house to check on some rattling noise coming from my pipes. He was very courteous and informative. Within hearing the sound he knew exactly what the problem was and gave detailed explanation of the root cause. The noise was coming from the water meter on the street but it was resonating through the pipe all the way into the house. He explained that since my home was older the pipes were probably strapped directly to the wood framing and transferring the clicking noise from the water meter.

He gave me a few suggestions to remedy the problem and gave me assurance that it was only the clicking sound resonating and not my pipes rattling around in the wall.

Next plumbing problem not even going to look around just going to call Mr. Rooter directly. Great Service.

OMG! Such a great plumbing company. First time dealing with plumbing problems so I called 3 companies for best pricing on whatever the problem was. Instead I got 3 different stories. Mr. Rooter was 2nd and immediately I felt that Steve knew what was going on, where to look, and was detailed in explanations and professional in written estimations. On 3rd day without hot water I called Mr. Rooter again and begged for Steve to come out and get me hot water pressure for showering. Unfortunately Steve was now tied up on a 9 day job but Evan said he would call me soon to let me know what can be done. Within an hour he called back to say he was on his way. He found the problem right away and it ended up costing less than what was originally thought since it turned out to be a different problem but much easier and cheaper to fix. Evan was very personable and knew his plumbing. I feel great knowing I have a great plumbing company that I can trust should any other future problems arise. OH!!! I forgot to mention that the lady (receptionist/office worker) was so nice! I told Steve that whatever they pay her they should double it as she's worth her weight in customer service gold. We then laughed when he told me it was the owner.

We live in the Dublin area and for a few days have had extremely low H2O pressure. We have First American Warranty and they sent out a Plumber last week that couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then this morning the pressure dropped to zero!! Luckily First American let me seek out a Plumber myself. Looking for a reliable Plumber on Yelp - I called a couple of Plumbers. Evan from Mr. Rooter called me within 5 minutes of logging the call. Within 30 seconds, he asked me if we had a Water Softener in the house - and asked me run a simple procedure. Fortunately the water PSI is back up - and the problem is isolated to the Softner. Unfortunately, I have to now go back to dealing with my home Warranty company. Thanks Evan - and thanks Mr. Rooter.

Called Mr. Rooter Monday afternoon at 4:00 and Delise answered the telephone, and from that point on all I have experienced is first class professional service. She was able to offer a visit later the same evening to solve my dishwasher/waste disposal problems, but I deferred until the following afternoon with an appointment between 1:30 and 3:00. At 1:15 Delise called to inform me that Jim Ford was on his way and would be with me within 30 minutes; and he was.
Jim is a true plumbing professional and cured the problem in 5 minutes and then gave the plumbing aspects of the house (water heater, water pressure, toilet cistern operations, basin and bath flow, etc.) a thorough check - and this is the amazing bit; all at no charge.
Jim informed me that my water pressure valve was old and needs to be replaced; a job I could 'probably' do, but no way - I'm calling Mr. Rooter.
This is the first time I have used Mr. Rooter, and it won't be the last.

Jim Ford from Mr. Rooter helped us get our kitchen faucet installed and replaced the pipeline under the sink. He was very attentive to our needs and even told us about calling Moen to get a free replacement on the faucet that was falling apart after 6 years. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and even told me some tips on how to elongate the life of a water heater as I had a lot of questions regarding hard water and its impact on various fixtures around the house.

Lastly, he even offered to get all the hair out of my bathroom pipeline when I asked him about drano not working to flush things out.

Wonderful service and I'd definitely go back to Mr. Rooter!

Evan from Mr. Rooter turned my dishwasher explosion into a great afternoon. I know, hard to believe. He surprised me at the door being a younger guy and was just sweet and super professional from the get-go. I am pregnant and he even had the courtesy to come kneel down on the floor next to me so I would not have to get up (which takes awhile lol) while going over the procedure and bill. He even checked the bathroom drains while waiting for the dishwasher to run at no charge. I will absolutely recommend them and use them anytime there is a plumbing issue. I wish I could use them for ALL my home repairs. Thanks again Evan!

Evan of Mr. Rooter just left my house an hour ago and I have nothing to say but praises for the work that he had done. He wa's very friendly, very professional and most of all he fixed a leak that would have cost thousands of dollars. Cut the long story short, I had a leak under my driveway but Evan found the cause of the leak without tearing my driveway and fixing it for a very reasonable price.
