Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Inland Empire (Specifically Umberto Gomez, master plumber; George, apprentice; and Tiffany, dispatcher were exceptional people. I want to acknowledge their kindness, professionalism, and expertise. Tiffany scheduled a same day weekend appointment and was in constant contact with me. Umberto and George identified the issue, gave precise costs, and turn around time for the work. Umberto went beyond his scope enlightening me of what I should be expecting and how my system should now work. I have gladly become their client/customer for any future needs and annual maintenance. During a time of distress, I reached out to Mr. Rooter and was promptly assisted by Kari, who efficiently gathered my information and arranged for a technician to visit my home--even on a holiday weekend. She informed me that Ricardo O. would arrive within 30-40 minutes, and true to her word, he showed up punctually with a warm smile. Ricardo quickly assessed the situation, provided a clear explanation of the issue, and got straight to work. Once the job was completed, he not only resolved the problem but also offered valuable recommendations and additional services that Mr. Rooter could provide. Nathan was fantastic!!! There has been multiple plumbing issues at my house, specifically the angle stops for all of my sinks. Nathan came to help work on my sinks, handled his work very professionally while kindly and patiently explaining what had went wrong. I'm very thankful for that help from Mr. Rooters and Nathan!!!

Mr. Rooter has multiple cities in Yelp, unsure which one came to our property, however they all refer to mrrooter.com.

Kind of a game for this industry, main line clogged so urgent, on a weekend, nicely typed up 4 page quote for $5,000.

Went with someone else still overpriced, at $1,250, 1 man job less than 4 hours, materials less than $75. Not a skilled task, dig a 3' hole, replace a 6' piece of 4"" ABS pipe, add a cleanout.

My parents called them on a Saturday evening because their shower handle broke and started spraying out water. They came out quickly but i feel they could tell my parents were desperate and not handy so tried to charge them $2,000 for a repair. Obviously they said no cause they could not afford that. They asked if the tech could just cap it and so they could at least stop the leak and turn their water back on. They wanted to charge them $850 for that!!!! Again i feel they were taking advantage of their desperation. My parents finally reached out to my husband to see if he could help. After a quick Home Depot run to purchase a few parts and about an hour or so later he repaired their shower!!!! Moral of the story it pays to have a handy husband so company's like this don't try to take advantage.
Beware of over charging here!!!!

Couldn't be more grateful! I had a mystery leak and Robert and his crew re-piped my whole house made sure to be respectful of my furniture, etc. they were fast extremely thorough and made sure that everything was installed properly. Thank you to this company and everyone that helped make my home a better place to live. I would recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing issue.

Marcus was outstanding! Prior to arrival, the team called me ensuring of Marcus' arrival and he arrived on time. Such professionalism displayed along with great customer service. The estimate was quick and the fix was easy. The unclogging of one of my bathroom drains was a breeze for Marcus to fix and he gave me some helpful tips as well.
