Mr. Rooter has multiple cities in Yelp, unsure which one came to our property, however they all refer to mrrooter.com.

Kind of a game for this industry, main line clogged so urgent, on a weekend, nicely typed up 4 page quote for $5,000.

Went with someone else still overpriced, at $1,250, 1 man job less than 4 hours, materials less than $75. Not a skilled task, dig a 3' hole, replace a 6' piece of 4"" ABS pipe, add a cleanout.

My parents called them on a Saturday evening because their shower handle broke and started spraying out water. They came out quickly but i feel they could tell my parents were desperate and not handy so tried to charge them $2,000 for a repair. Obviously they said no cause they could not afford that. They asked if the tech could just cap it and so they could at least stop the leak and turn their water back on. They wanted to charge them $850 for that!!!! Again i feel they were taking advantage of their desperation. My parents finally reached out to my husband to see if he could help. After a quick Home Depot run to purchase a few parts and about an hour or so later he repaired their shower!!!! Moral of the story it pays to have a handy husband so company's like this don't try to take advantage.
Beware of over charging here!!!!

Couldn't be more grateful! I had a mystery leak and Robert and his crew re-piped my whole house made sure to be respectful of my furniture, etc. they were fast extremely thorough and made sure that everything was installed properly. Thank you to this company and everyone that helped make my home a better place to live. I would recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing issue.

DONT USE THESE FRAUDS!!!! They are a SCAM company and I honestly don't even know how there still in business! They will intentionally break your stuff to get you to pay more money. A small simple job will turn into thousands OF DOLLARS. I repeat they will literally BREAK YOUR STUFF then try and charge you thousands of dollars to fix it. Save yourself thousands and go to a honest company.

Called up due to my water heater leaking bad. Jarod, the service professional, arrived earlier than the quoted 30 min. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and immediately assessed the situation and determined what needed to be taken care of. He figured out that I needed a new stop valve among other things and got to work quickly. He kept us updated and explained things as he was doing them. Job was done promptly and efficiently. Ask for Jarod if you can, he made this such a good experience and I will def contact him if I need any future business.

Josh came out to clear a clogged drain & once he found out that the owner's husband was deceased, it seemed he found everything wrong with the plumbing.
He charged the landlady $1 300.00 to clear the pipes & said he ran a camera after to make sure everything was good. He then offered to buy the house from her, after scaring her with all the horror stories about her plumbing issues.
Approximately two weeks later after washing dishes, I noticed feces coming up out of the clean out in the family room. I contacted the landlady & she called Josh, who said it had nothing to do with what he did. The septic tank must be full & need pumping. After showering my family room was complete flooded. Another call was placed to Mr Rooter on Saturday & she was told Josh didn't work again until Sunday. Finally on Sunday, Josh showed up, only to say now, that the septic tank is completely shot & there's nothing he can do.
It seems that each time Josh is confronted about the job he performed, he comes up with another excuse for not doing a good job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Call any plumber other than Mr Rooter & hopefully you won't get ripped off like we did!!
