After trying unsuccessfully to unclog my bathroom sink, I called the first company Mr. Rooter. I was happy to hear they had 24hour service and a technician was sent out within the hour. Richard Arellano arrived and was able to unclog the drain. Offering his expertise of the plumbing situation, he advised I should flush/ clear out my main line drainage system as well to ensure even flow through out my household to avoid any issues in the future. And since I had yet to do so in the past I agreed. With competitive pricing I couldn't say no. Another technician, Noel, arrived to help with the Hydro Jetting the next hour. I was very happy with the outcome. Both Technicians were Personal and professional!!

I highly suggest this company and will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs!!

He was well-groomed, courteous, knowledgeable, and very, very patient with all my questions as I stood over him while he worked his magic.

Had a slow draining shower and several sinks. Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out within 45 minutes. The technician, Paul Gonzales, was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, demonstrated how the problem was fixed and made recommendations for preventative maintenance. All for 1/3 of the price quoted by other companies! I am very pleased with the company, service and the technician!

I called today at 8:10 am, and by 9:00 they were already here to unclog my main sewer line. Robert Quinonez and his assistance carefully explained my issue and the solution for it. Jose (Jr.) was very professional and friendly, provided very detailed information about the whole process, documenting with photos. was very knowledgeable with the procedures that were performed and also provided different scenarios. he arrived during a busy time for our office. was very patient and diligent. cleaning during and after the job was performed.

I didn't hire them; but they did come out pretty quickly to provide a quote for the job. I had a toilet clog. Instead of a simple unclogging I was told that I needed to hydro-jet the entire system for $1,200. He was very discouraging about his ability to unclog using a snake without harming my pipes. Felt like I was being sold on a product that I don't need at an extremely high price.

Hire another company that did the clog for $75.
