DONT USE THESE FRAUDS!!!! They are a SCAM company and I honestly don't even know how there still in business! They will intentionally break your stuff to get you to pay more money. A small simple job will turn into thousands OF DOLLARS. I repeat they will literally BREAK YOUR STUFF then try and charge you thousands of dollars to fix it. Save yourself thousands and go to a honest company.

Called up due to my water heater leaking bad. Jarod, the service professional, arrived earlier than the quoted 30 min. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and immediately assessed the situation and determined what needed to be taken care of. He figured out that I needed a new stop valve among other things and got to work quickly. He kept us updated and explained things as he was doing them. Job was done promptly and efficiently. Ask for Jarod if you can, he made this such a good experience and I will def contact him if I need any future business.

Josh came out to clear a clogged drain & once he found out that the owner's husband was deceased, it seemed he found everything wrong with the plumbing.
He charged the landlady $1 300.00 to clear the pipes & said he ran a camera after to make sure everything was good. He then offered to buy the house from her, after scaring her with all the horror stories about her plumbing issues.
Approximately two weeks later after washing dishes, I noticed feces coming up out of the clean out in the family room. I contacted the landlady & she called Josh, who said it had nothing to do with what he did. The septic tank must be full & need pumping. After showering my family room was complete flooded. Another call was placed to Mr Rooter on Saturday & she was told Josh didn't work again until Sunday. Finally on Sunday, Josh showed up, only to say now, that the septic tank is completely shot & there's nothing he can do.
It seems that each time Josh is confronted about the job he performed, he comes up with another excuse for not doing a good job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Call any plumber other than Mr Rooter & hopefully you won't get ripped off like we did!!

These people royally ripped off my Father while he was in the hospital. They did not provide him with a written estimate and overheard him telling me to give them whatever they wanted. Santiago quoted me an outrageous sum of money that was not even the true and correct amount then he doctored the invoice to reflect a bogus military discount and double senior citizen discount based upon an entirely different amount. Santiago told me he had to replace a pipe. He lied. That was not the work he performed. This is bait and switch fraud and misrepresentation. I feel absolutely horrible and to add insult to injury they recorded my Father when he called to thank them for fixing the clog. He had no clue that they charged us four times what it normally costs. These guys are shysters and I would never trust them EVER.

Main Sewer was backing up. Service Tech came within 2 Hours of placing a call. Price was great @ $89 to clear the Main Line. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained all the pricing and options available and did a superb job in popping the blockage. Will definitely be returning for service. Thanks!

I used their service yesterday. Their ad says $88 to unclog a toilet. When they got to my house price up to $250!!! It was only to unclog and nothing else. They finally said ok if you don't want to pay that price that he will call his boss and try to reduce his $250 quote. We finally agreed on $150 and only reason I did is because I needed this done now! Needless to say I would never use their service again and never refer anyone else to them!
