Rob did a terrific job getting to my parent's house right away, assessing the situation and getting it fixed...:) Thanks so much!
Teresa D.Mark from Mr. Rooter came out right away. We had a hot water valve bust and flood our bathroom. We were very impressed with the quick response, value for the money and expert repair.
They came out and fixed our kitchen faucet effectively. Explained some things about another job as well. Prices are around medium range not super high but not super low. Very friendly and helpful.
Rosemary T.Had a new water heater installed by Tyler Beer. He does quality work and cleans up after he is finished. Explains the process and all parts that are required to be replaced. Very happy with Tyler but not the amount that he is required to charge.
We hired Mr Rooter for an emergency job after hours. The service tech, Jeff, was courteous and explained everything he was doing. He was at our house until 2:30 in the morning, but our clog was stubborn and he returned to finish the job. He cleaned up everything before he left and did not charge us extra, even though the job went longer and was more involved than he, previously, thought. We are very happy with Mr Rooter.
I will start with I did not actually use their plumbing service. I couldn't get past the receptionist. The ad states upfront pricing. However, they charge $40 to come out and ""assess"" the issue before they will tell you a price. I know the work that needs to be done, a secondary line cleaning (ie kitchen drain.) I guess their idea of upfront is to let you know they will be charging you $40 to do a bid.
FANTASTIC!!
Our Business had an issue with 2 of the toilets backing up and flooding our inside office. Called them and they took care of the issues in the best fastest way i could have imagined!! They even came on Saturday Afternoon.
Highly recommend MR ROOTER!!
Landon came out to our home, due to a backup. Was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Very professional and got our house functioning properly! Thank you Landon!
Terryl J.We had one of their technicians out trying to diagnose a high-pressure reading in a hose bib.
He crawled under the House and informed us there is no water shut off (mind you this is a two-year-old home.) I called my husband and quickly located the water shut off. But then he said he couldn't find where the water goes into the house out to the Spicket. I crawled under found it. He said we would need to cut a hole in the wall to expose the connection to do what is needed. This would be $1000 charge plus we would have drywall damage. I asked him to leave and got charged the $200 for nothing. I called another plumber. This new plumber address the issue within minutes and didn't even charge me a service fee.
This place was a joke! It was one thing after another fees on top of fees.
My husband contacted this company as we had good service from them before back in July 2020. That is my reason for an additional star. Unfortunately it was not a good experience this time. I had a slow leaking pipe in my basement and the solution the plumber found was done within 3 minutes from start to finish, tightening the shut off valve with a wrench. I also have a leak that is evident from water damage underneath my sink on the cabinet floor. They did not find a leak under the sink and spent under 30 minutes total in my home, including typing up their report. I understand everyone needs to make a living and it should not be a free trip, but there was a $225 ""diagnosis fee"" to tighten a valve, and not find a leak in another spot. It was not a complicated situation. It was tightening a valve downstairs, running my kitchen sink on both sides until half full, running the dishwasher for 1 minute, spraying the faucet on both settings and being told nothing was found. The woman we spoke to on the phone said it would be a free quote to start and that's why we were okay with them coming out. That did not happen, so beware of their promises of free quotes, it's used to get people to use them. The plumber just started the ""work"" and did not discuss any quote with me so I was beyond shocked to hear the price at the end. I'm especially disappointed as we like using the same people/ companies for things we need done as newer homeowners rather than calling around and using someone new each time, but I feel a lack of trust and honesty from this experience. In our previous service with them, it was one full hour of work underneath our house snaking the main stack that was very backed up. It was cleared to fix the issue and was well worth the $300 plus tax. I'm bewildered how this visit compared to the previous one. We were told on Friday 12/31 that a manager would call us back on Sunday 1/2 to discuss this and it is Tuesday 1/4 and no one has contacted us.
