The whole experience start to finish exceeded my expectations. The person who took my call was friendly, efficient and stayed in communication with me regarding when the the service technician would arrive. They gave me 30 mins notice so I was able to work up until the time he was arriving.
The technician, Dylan Jumalon, was amazingly informative, professional and thorough. He maintained Covid safety protocol and took extra steps in sanitizing, he left the space cleaner than it was before he arrived!
Definitely money well spent and truly appreciate the overall customer service.

Extremely disappointed in the service from this company. 3 guys came to my house to give me estimates for a few services I wanted done, so called the next day to book them. When the technicians showed up, they only fixed one of the issues and I had to re-schedule the other service. The next day, they came out to do the additional service that wasn't handled the previous day and I was given a whole new estimate that was over $700 more than what was originally quoted to me and what I agreed to. The technician would not do the service for what I was originally quoted. He said that the guy who gave me the original estimate doesn't usually do much gas work and ""clicked the wrong button"". But that guy is actually the company's operations manager and specifically told me while he was in my home that he wasn't going to charge me a full install price for gas. It even says on my estimate in the details exactly what they planned to do. I'd suggest not wasting your time doing business with a company that gives you an estimate and then completely comes back with a new one on the day they come to complete the service.

Had a leak and noticed it at around 8pm. I'm brand new to the area so I took a shot in the dark and called Mr. Rooter. Best decision ever. Not only did Matt come out that night and tell me what the problem was (AC condenser line was not installed appropriately initially), he didn't even charge me for the visit. While he was here, he diligently tried to find the best price for the work - and then they called ME the next day to get it scheduled - and they fixed it w/in days!! I could not believe the tremendous customer service and they definitely keep their word as far as estimates go. Matt was just an amazing workman and a great dude - he's illustrative of what great customer service looks like. in fact, the entire office is illustrative of it. Because of Matt and the office staff, coupled w/ the prompt, cost efficient and quality work, I'm DEFINITELY using Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs here.

And this is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review here - I did so b/c of Matt's exemplary customer service and the high quality work they did for me. So grateful!!!! I would hire them in a heartbeat :-)

I've used this company several times over the years from basic clogged sink drains to a new water heater to a total sewer line replacement. They are always quick to respond and all employees I've encountered have always been courteous. They are my plumber of choice.

I called to get a quote on pipes that were leaking over my water heater in my basement. The gentleman who came was pleasant and accommodating. I was taken aback when I received the quote but didn't say anything at the time. I called another company to get another quote and was surprised when their quote to fix the issue was at least $600 less. The reason that it was less was that Mr. Rooter wanted to remove the entire water heater which was a lot of work. I thought at the time of the initial quote it was unavoidable but was told by the new company that it wasn't. There were no safety reasons to remove it. I felt like Mr. Rooter was trying to scam me. I called a couple of weeks later to speak with management about my concerns with this employee and/or company policy. I was told I was going to be called back. Of course, that never happened. I'm hoping this is a warning to other homeowners to not trust this company. They couldn't even give me the respect of calling back and speaking with me.

Hubby left town and the next day... Water Everywhere kitchen and downstairs. Thank you Ever so much Chris Dearman At Mr.Rooters who sent me help with 30 min, I was nearly in tears waking up to this mess other plumbers were days out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond...Sending me Restoration 1 crew out so fast So impressed!!

Mr Giovanni was helpful in every aspect of his job. He answered questions for me and my tenant. He was ahead of the game. Was ready for any issues. Kept us all in touch when the job was going to be done. Great job will recommend him to all friends and family.

Moving back to Spokane into the family home after my mother's unfortunate passing, the home was in serious need of TLC where the plumbing was concerned. Though the bill in the end was rather steep, the customer service, technicians being very personable, and the efficiency in which they worked to upgrade everything was spectacular. Their knowledge and suggestions as I described upgrades in the kitchen and other desires throughout the house, especially fixing an extremely old shut off valve in the basement that was nearly ready to break and flood the basement, was top notch. I am on their yearly member plan for the discounts, and they give veteran discounts too. Again, despite some costing issues (the new toilets were not cheap, though I could have acquired them cheaper myself from Lowes or...), they are top notch when it comes to getting the job done and getting it done right.

Called them to do a simple snake of the main line. When they got here, they said that it was going to be 638.00 to clear the line? Like we can afford that? The prices are FAR above average for the area based on service provided. My best advice is that if you have a plumbing problem, don't call these guys unless you really don't care about money or your budget. To me, that pricing is a RIP off when the next company I called said that they could do it for 79.00

Outdoor stairwell completely plugged with sand, dirt, etc. Paul didn't quit till it was flowing free and clear.
