My water heater wasn't working, so I called this company in the morning and they were able to come by in the afternoon, which was great! Jaime, the person who came out, was very nice and explained what he was doing.
He checked different parts of the water heater and got it going again, and also told me that if it acted up again (within 30 days) and I needed a new one, he would put the money I had paid towards installing a new water heater. I appreciated that!

Emergency call and showed up on time. Corrected the issue and made sure it was completely unclogged as to not cause additional back ups. Service was great! Jaime was professional and very knowledgeable.

We had a washer drain clog issue and Jaime from Mr. Rooter came out swiftly to resolve the problem. He's friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. Although they may not be the lowest priced service in town, but after several calls they were the one only one who's available in a nick of time.

Had a leak in the bathroom issue that needed to be taken care of asap. Called Mr. Rooter and was able to get an appt within a few hours. Jaime was very professional, explained that there was a leak in the water supply line. In addition, Jaime found a leak with the water valve and replaced it at no extra charge. Very satisfied with Jaime's prompt service and honesty. Would call him again for future plumbing service needs!

We had a plumbing emergency on a late Saturday evening and had the pleasure of having our plumber, Jaime save the day. Jaime arrived right on the estimated time of 25 minutes and was very pleasant/knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and unclog the main drain within 20-30 minutes. Overall great service and thankful we were able to use your bathrooms/showers again. In terms of price, they had a $98 service call fee (not sure if standard or because it was late at night). Nonetheless, we went with Jaime and the $98 was incorporated into our total service fee, which was reasonable given how late it was. Thanks again Jaime and Mr. Rooter!

These guys are like family by now! I have selfishly neglected to write a good review for years because I don't want to fight more for their time! ;-) I adore them all and have been using Joe and his amazing sweet family of guys for 3 years now. Joe + his entire team work themselves to death to get to everyone, going past normal work hours, showing up at 10 p.m. while my main water line is shooting up to the sky and I'm in my robe and crying in the dark- one guy even had a baby coming soon! Joe is so knowledgeable and honest and teaches me something new about my house every time! If there is anything less than full stars reviews here, it's because these guys are in high demand and occasionally need to sleep and go home to their families! I trust them enough to have them in my house while I'm gone to deal with emergencies. I've never encountered a plumber with such passion and heart for their work. I am a first time home owner and a young single female that has been in scary dramatic water situations. He has calmed me over the years and taught me emergency skills that are priceless. Thanks for everything you guys!

We have had to use plumbing services twice during this pandemic. The first time was during Easter weekend when it was pretty hard to locate a plumber. Thankfully, Mr. Rooter was available. The second time was early August. Both times they made an appointment for service quickly. We had Jaime as our plumber both times. He was prompt, courteous and professional and took care of the issue quickly each time (clogged shower and slow drain kitchen sink). He also wore a mask and was respectful of distancing, as needed. I would highly recommend their service.
