Recommended Customer Reviews

I have to say Mr. Rooter rescued me twice and had provided HONEST, excellent and professional service every time. It's long overdue for my review. 6 years ago Victor came to help resolve a plumbing issue caused by a contractor dumping leftover grout into the laundry sink and gluing the drain pipes together that are under the kitchen sink. He also helped to replace the toilet that was installed incorrectly by the contractor. Recently Joseph came to fix a leaking water line in my yard that was probably botched a long time ago by the original home owner. Mr. Rooter was all booked that whole day when I found my planter flooded so I had to call another plumber, D&D's Plumbing And Rooter. BIG BIG, GIGANTIC mistake. Not only did D&D not fix the leak, he capped the wrong line without finding the source of the leak and he improperly used a black steel cap, which I had no idea till Joseph explained. I paid D&D anyways because I didn't want to cheat anyone. I had to dig to find the leak myself. It was 4:45pm and I decided to try my luck again calling Mr. Rooter and the receptionist was so nice and helpful. She found although Victor was unavailable, Joseph was and it was not going to cost me overtime charges. I have to admit, I was a little worry at first when Joseph showed up because he was so young looking. Joseph came within 15 mins and he proved to be so professional and experienced. He explained every step of the way what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. It cost just a little more than what the other plumber charged but Mr. Rooter actually fixed it properly. Even though I previously dug and found the hole in the line, Joseph had to dig more (more than the other plumber) to find the exact problem. Joseph even drove 4 miles to the nearest Home Depot to get the missing parts to make sure the leak was properly fixed. Not only that but Joseph saw what D&D did and explained to me that black steel caps are used only on gas lines. It could be a potential health hazard when used on water lines even if it's an irrigation line because of potential back flow. Joseph help to replace that cap for free. He used the proper galvanized cap. I am so GRATEFUL to Joseph. Without Joseph my family and I might have a bigger problem and not even know. I encountered one of the most dishonest and honest people in one single day. Joseph and Victor are HONEST and professional, with excellent service and attitude. They are not only people you want to hire but people you want to get to know. I will never call another plumber ever.

Had Mr. Rooter come out for cloaked main line on 1/1/2017. Dealt with Joseph again who helped me out 3 years ago. Very professional service and he explained every step of process to me and showed me video of my line. Still have their magnet from 3 years and will call first every time. High recommended!

Looking for a reliable, professional and reasonable plumber this is the company you want to use. They showed up to my house on time and was very professional. They covered the floor where they would be working and even put shoe covers on. I was concern because i have new cabinets and flooring. They were clean and not in a rush. They explained the situation in detail so I was comfortable. This company definelty knows it stuff. I would highly recommend them.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This was my first time using them as I just moved to the area and I must say I was very pleased with their work. They were timely, professional, and offer competitive rates. Overall great experience, definitely would use them in the future.

I had an appointment with them set, and they call me 15 minutes prior saying their technician can't make it. Why would there only be 1 person that can come and take a look and give an estimate? The girl that answers the phone.. Vivian, she seems nice but she sounds like she's lost and like she doesn't know what she's doing

Great service for weekend emergency. Prices were discussed up front before any work was started. Fix the problem in a reasonable time frame.

Great service. Arrived on time. Professional appearance and additude. Joe and his assistance pinpoint my plumbing issues and corrected them fast. Thanks Joe and assistant very friendly people. We need more people like Mr. Rooter.

Very disappointed. I called Tuesday to book an appointment on Sunday between 9AM-11AM. On Sunday, they didn't arrive so I called them and the operator put me on hold for 9minutes without an apology and said that they will call me back then quickly hung up the phone. I waited until 12pm and got a call from Joe. He said he will be by in 45 minutes. 12:45pm nobody showed up and got no phone call. I called at 1:30pm and he said he was around the corner. Took him 10 minutes to get to my house from the corner. They did the work and Joe and his coworker were polite but the price for installing the toilet was $256.00. We needed the job done that day and we trusted all the rave reviews so we let him do the job. Joe said to call him if we had any problems. After the job, we noticed a crack on the toilet. I contacted Joe about it & he hasn't replied back. We reported the problem to Mr. Rooter and they said it doesn't cover their warranty. MONEY AND TIME WASTED. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. Hire someone else that actually calls you back about their work...
Not Mr. Rooter.

Nothing - I repeat, NOTHING - incites more panic in me than a faulty toilet. One of my top 10 worst nightmares of all time is going over to someone's house and clogging up their toilet. The shame. The horror!
It's the worst when toilets malfunction with no advanced warning. One minute it's fine and the next - for seemingly no reason - it just gives up on life and you have no idea how or why. Like this morning for instance. After a few flushes, my toilet stopped working and then started oozing water everywhere. Clear water, thank god. Immediately, Lizard Brain Anna backed away from the toilet tremulously and hopped on Yelp in search of a plumber.
Thank goodness for Mr. Rooter! I am so impressed with the service that I received from them. I called at 10AM this morning, explained my predicament, and asked for the cost of repair. The operator told me that they cannot provide price estimates over the phone but would be happy to send someone out to make a free assessment. The service window was 1-3PM, and Joseph arrived at 1:15PM. So prompt. Was very pleased.
Joseph took one look at the toilet and said that the tube thing in the tank just needed to be popped back into place. Ohhhh. Since he was there, I also asked him to take a look at the two other ultra disgusting toilets in the house. One of them needed a new flapper, and he was able to install a new one in 5 minutes flat. After that was done, he replaced the tube on the first toilet free of charge just because he's a super nice dude. The entire process took less than half an hour, start to finish. And pricing was very reasonable.
Personal checks are totes accepted. Who even writes checks anymore, right?
I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will most definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing repair jobs.

The men they sent to solve our problem were corteous and efficient, they worked fast and showed my mom the problem before even starting to work on it.
However, we had the problem return within a week, so she gave Mr. Rooter another call. A man named Luis answered the phone and asked what the problem was. While my mom was explaining, he cut her off half way, very rudely told her to stop talking because he wasn't the pumbler, then put her on hold without warning.
After a few minutes someone with a nicer attitude helped her, but this Luis man was nothing like the site describes their ""respectful employees.""
