Mr. Rooter provides exceptional service; their technicians are extremely reliable, responsive, and knowledgable. In the past 6 months, they fixed six gas leaks, installed a sump pump, installed a new sewage system, fixed my dish washer and installed a new toilet. Their technicians are extremely friendly and in many instances, finish their work ahead of schedule. I am grateful for the white glove service they they provide.

My kitchen sink was very clogged and we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing based on the reviews. I was so happy to hear that they would be able to come out soon after I called. Our plumber, Joseph, was very nice, professional and arrived when he said he would! He also kept me up to date on the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost, which included hydro jetting our sink because snaking it was unfortunately not enough this time. I would definitely recommend giving Mr. Rooter Plumbing a call if you have any plumbing issues!

Kitchen sink plugged in my dad's house in East Los Angeles. Tried everything. Made a call to Mr. Rooter and the woman (Vivian?) was so nice. She said she would have someone over in 30 minutes. ADAM arrived in 30 minutes. He was professional, give an estimate (great price) and went to work. He cleared the pipe and cleaned up after the work was done. He was so wonderful!

I wish I could give ADAM more than 5 stars. You are lucky to have a hardworking young man like him work for your company. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Just had a new toilet installed at the Toy Factory Lofts, Arts District. I have used their services a few times over the years, and they are simply amazing! If you need the services of a plumber, do not think twice about calling them.
