David Magnuson was assigned to our job David was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. David explained what the problem was and the cost to fix it. Once approved David went right to work. I was shown pictures of the problem and given recommendations on what not to do in the future. I will continue to use and recommend Mr Rooter. Thank you David

I called Mr. Rooter soon after receiving a backflow device replacement notice from the city which I learned is required every 5 years. Aji came out the same day to look at our existing device and give me a free estimate. We agreed for him to do the work and were scheduled for the following day which was great. Aji replaced the valve but also set us up for better access to replace the valve ourselves next time. Aji was professional, reliable, and responsive. Now all we need is for the city to inspect and sign off on his work and we will be good to go for another 5 years!

I am SO grateful for the amazing service today from Chris Hammack and the office staff at Mr. Rooter. We had an emergency plumbing issue to where we couldn't use the toilets or showers. They made it out in 1 hour. And Chris cleared the clog and I couldn't be more relieved. The service was super professional. He was kind, knowledgeable and timely. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! This was the 2nd time we used them, and they are now our go-to!

Insulated piping to the dishwasher sprung a leak and water was spilling over the floor and leaking through flooring to bedroom below. We had to turn off the water to the house. This happened on a Saturday and out of the 8-9 or so plumbers I contacted only Mr. Rooter responded and had Gerry come to the house in a half hour or so, which was great. Gerry was great too. He's a journeyman plumber with 10 plus years experience and knows his stuff. He had to leave for nearly an hour to get the right parts but when he returned he addressed the leak and other issues quickly. We were very happy with him and his service. Reason for 4 stars, and not 5, was cost. Like many others on this thread have said, they're not cheap. Likely 1 1/2 to 2 times what others would charge. But we needed to get the problem solved and solved they did on a SATURDAY. We're grateful for that.
