They responded quickly to my clogged drains. The owner, Scott, was the first to arrive and he and his guy spent a considerable amount of time determining the cause and cleared it up for me.
I've already recommended them to a lady at my gym, I'll never use another plumbing service.

They came out for an emergency water leak for an outside pipe. They were very nice, but we were disappointed that it took two separate groups of people (companies) to come out to find it when it was quite easy to locate once you knew where to look. Very professional.

My toilet had been leaking on and off through one of the screws in the tank. I called this morning (Monday - never a good time to call any business) and explained my issue. I spoke to Star who not only answered the phone within minutes, but apologized that they wouldn't be able to get someone out till later today - 4pm. No apology necessary because it was 4pm the same day and not 4pm sometime next year. In the meantime, they called me to let me know there was an opening right away. I didn't see the message, but Adam (the technician) showed up about 11am. Not only is he the nicest guy, but professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, got to work right away, fixed it within minutes, left the area immaculate, explained the warranty, and also advised me on how to maintain Toto toilets to keep them running efficiently. Needless to say, I'm thrilled with Mr Rooter and Adam for the killer job of fixing the leak. I definitely recommend them and will DEFINITELY be calling them again. Terrific customer service at a reasonable price - what more could a woman want?

We found a considerable leak under our kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon. We called our usual plumber who couldn't come out and was closed the next day. So I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to line a plumber up for us on Saturday afternoon. The leak was from an old faucet which had to be replaced. While Adam took it all apart I was able to go to our local hardware and pick up a new one. It all worked out perfectly and it was put in. Great! But the really nice part was meeting Adam. He is so personable and sweet and did everything he could to mitigate our problem. He will do well in this industry. Kindness goes a long way! What a great experience with a vendor! Whenever there are problems in the mobile home parks water service, my plumbing goes kaflooie! When I called the person on the phone was not just friendly and helpful, she was supportive of my frustration! The plumber, whose name I've forgotten, knew what to do, and was also able to really explain the problem and offer solutions. My daughter has also used them and recommends them highly. So it's a Double 5 Stars!

The team at Mr. Rooter helped get our septic system flowing properly once again. They were a pleasure to work with at every step of the way. Scott spoke with us about our issue and offered us a solution to fit our circumstance. Sage promptly came out the next day exactly on time to complete the work and alleviated the issues that had been plaguing our system. The team at Mr. Rooter was friendly and professional. This is the kind of review I love to write. The spout on our bathtub broke off. Seems that the incompetent plumber who installed it 30 years ago used an iron nipple to attach the spout to the wall. Over the years, it just kept rusting away inside the wall until March 16 when it finally broke. I talked to Starr at Mr. Rooter on that day and was impressed with her helpfulness and charm. She scheduled a service call for two days later. This was not an urgent fix so no great hurry.

Hugo and Adam arrived right on time and were polite, professional and did a great job of cutting into sheetrock in the room behind the bathroom, cutting the pipe, cutting the wood blocking that the pipe was attached to, removing the copper fitting, extracting the rusted stub from the elbow, soldering the pipe back together, and cleaning up. All in about 1.5 hours. I spent two hours meticulously putting the sheetrock pieces back in place. Hugo offered to do it but I had the time so I elected to do it. And, he offered to come back and install a new spout once we got one. Not necessary as that is very easy to do.

To show what great customer service Mr. Rooter practices, we were overcharged by a couple of hundred dollars due to an erroneous entry on Hugo's iPad. I talked to Michelle, the owner of the Watsonville Mr. Rooter (I guess she is Mrs. Rooter) and had a very nice conversation about their customer service practices and how important their customers are to them. She noticed that we were overcharged and immediately put through a credit for the overcharge and apologized profusely.

The next time I have a plumbing problem I will certainly call Mrs. Rooter.
