Quick and friendly service from technician Mario who was able to come immediately on a weekend which was much appreciated. Only complaint was that we paid almost $400 for 20 minutes of work, and we even supplied the part, which I understand Mario's hands are tied to a certain extent in that regard. But all in all we'd use them again in a pinch. Thanks Mario!

Jesus and Hugo arrived on time and got right down to work on my clogged sink. since I'm in a condo with an upstairs neighbor sharing the same plumbing, they split up and worked on both units concurrently.

I am letting everyone know of our experience with Mr. Rooter. They had been out three times for the same issue with a Niagara low flow toilet back up. We were charged $1,000 to rooter the toilet and bath line. As we now know, this was not needed. They rootered the out side line, which had no issues. The third visit, the technician left the original wax ring gasket installed and layed another on top, causing the toilet to sit higher than normal. Then the Supervisor said that was normal and we needed to chalk the toilet. They tried to tighten the toilet down, but they broke the sewer flange. After the repair, the toilet was still higher than normal. I just replaced the toilet to find out there were two gaskets stacked one on top of the another. So, I am saying I would stay clear of this company if they need to pull your toilet!

Gaspare from Mr. Rooter of Santa Cruz was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to explain the two different processes that each quote entailed for the sewer lateral work our newly purchased home required, set up the work quickly, and kept in good communication with me throughout the project. The office was easy to find when I wanted to pay by check after the work was concluded, and everyone at the physical office was helpful and friendly. Even after the job was done, Gaspare responded quickly to questions I had forgotten to ask.

We had an emergency situation with our sink. I called all around town and no one was available. I finally called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. The plumber was very nice and did a great job for a reasonable price.
