In July they came out to provide a quote for our water heater. Our elderly neighbor had recommended them. They quoted us $2500 to replace and haul away our old water heater. Based on what we knew it should cost ($1200-1600) for a 1600 sq ft house we asked what it would cost if we went and bought the water heater ourselves and they did the rest. The quote went down to $1068. So basically they planned to charge us $1500 just for the water heater alone! I completely understand marking up costs, but this was way too much. Pretty disappointed and pretty surprised they have such high ratings considering. We ended up getting our water heater replaced by Henry's Plumbing for $1450. They gave us that quote without knowing we'd gotten a quote elsewhere. Very fair, honest, professional and efficient. Highly recommend them.

This company did a GREAT JOB from start to finish. To start with they have outstanding people answering their phones. Both Star and Michelle knew their business well, and were able to help us get a technician out to diagnose our sewer line problem the same day. The technicians we spoke with (we worked with three in total) were each knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, and very professionally competent. The bid we got for this job was reasonable, and they were able to come out to do the work 5 days earlier than they first expected, which really helped us out. You never realize how nice it is to flush the toilet until you can't do it anymore! We called and explained our situation (propane pipe and shut off vavle were loose). The operator listened to the request and scheduled us for next day (they called back and had to reschedule for the day after which was fine). Louie from their team came out and he did an amazing job. Explained things to my husband and was very easy going (we are dummies when it comes to any plumbing/propane issues). He also made sure to check in with us and show us what he did and showed us where the ""vacation"" mode was on the water heater....super awesome and helpful. Please check them out, they are responsive and have a good knowledgable staff and they have a warranty of a year on all of their work. Money well spent!

Thank Mr Rooter and Thank You Jerry for you all your help. Our emergency flooding of our downstairs bathroom lead us to panic mode. Mr Rooter was able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning. Once Jerry ( our plumber) got to our home he was able to relate to our experience which put us at ease and we knew we had the right guy. We laughed and talked about different ways to disinfect our floors and our home as he snaked our main line.

Life is so different now due to COVID thankfully all precautions were taken and our plumbing issue was solved. FYI- Do not flush any kind of wipes down your toilet even if it says flushable. It just takes to long to break down.
