This was the second time in a year we called you for an emergency service. Sal was fantastic. He was prompt and very friendly. He listened to our problem. He asked great questions.He offered suggestions to solve our problem long term. My husband works in commercial plumbing supply and meets a lot of plumbers. He thought very highly of Sal from the beginning. Sal didn't try to take short cuts. He was fast and tidy at clearing our drain. Not being able to use the water with 2 little kids is really hard. He had our issue fixed in about an hour. I would use you guys again. Hopefully I won't have to! But if another problem comes up you will be our first call next time! I would highly recommend you guys to my friends or family! The pricing was fair especially for an emergency service on a holiday weekend. The woman on the phone told me how busy it was but from call to arrival it was less than 90 minutes! Sal didn't seem stressed or rushed he just did his job and saved the day!

We called Mr. Rooter to unclog our main line after two toilets and one shower got clogged. Our Technician, Nick Rangel, showed up on time and was very professional and very helpful. He explained everything that was going on so we could be aware and learn. He got everything un-clogged and even helped us put our bathroom back together, as we had taken the toilet apart trying to fix the problem ourselves first. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing issues that arise!

Cecilio took care of our plugged toilet on a moment's notice, and was polite, timely and a pleasure to work with.
He came on the first day within hours of our call, augured the toilet, and gave his diagnosis that it is likely clogging due to the deposit build-up from our well water. When the toilet plugged up again the next day, he was able to honor the guarantee and come again to fix it one more time. Luckily he had a toilet in his van and was able to replace it on the spot for a reasonable price. Overall, Mr. Rooter as a service is on the pricey side, but you can count on them to get you out of bind quickly and professionally.
