We had, what we thought was, a relatively small plumbing situation. Mr. Rooter came out and contacted a flood company on our behalf. Well thank goodness for that because they showed up just a short time later and things had gotten much worse. Long story short, we ended up replacing all remaining underground cast iron plumbing (Mr. Rooter had done a 40' trenchless ABS replacement previously in 2005). Jesus (Oper. Mngr.) did a great job of touching bases with us all along the way, keeping us informed and giving us options. Jose and the rest of the team members were hard workers & friendly. Everyone made sure the job was done right.

Nice customer service . Good availability. Really bad because they charged 200 for attempting a snake clean out. Nothing fixed or diagnosis and I'm out 200 .

I had a clogged tub last Friday... called and they sent Anthony over within an hour and a half! He was very polite and fixed my drain and was done in about 30 min! Would most definitely use their services again!

Our hot water broken and leaking. Noe the tech came in did a wrong diagnostic test and cut the wrong pipe. He overcharged me for not finding the spot leak, $361. I never use this business in future. Noe is the worst plumbing tech. All he needs to do is to represent Mr rooter to steal $$. He said he could not do repipe downstairs, only could reroute my whole house for $12000!!! Unbelievable!!! Noe said he would have to break all most my drywall to find the pipe leading upstairs. How impotent Noe is!

My sewer backed up in my old house after having a party. Who knows what went down the toilet but water was coming out of the clean out. Nathan showed up within an hour and made quick work of the problem. Thanks for the quick response and friendly customer service!

Our sink was clogged and we told the tech he needed to go on the roof to snake the kitchen sink.They said he couldn't go on the roof that he could go through the pipes under the sink, but what he recommended was a $1200 hydro clear which I told them to to forget about it. We called another plumber and he came out and did everything including replacing a pipe for $121.00 and he went on the roof.

Our office toilets started overflowing due to a blockage, they were easy to find to come out on such short notice, they emailed a confirmation and they also called to say how far away they were. Jose and Omar did a great job with what was needed and how much it would cost. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend both of them. Very happy with the service and the cost was not as bad as I expected for an emergency.

We had a backup and after getting some quotes I settled with Mr Rooter because they offered the best rate. I called late at night and they offered me an appointment for first thing in the morning And sent me a text to confirm. The technician, luis, arrived on time and was super knowledgable and professional. Luis explained everything thoroughly and made the process extremely easy. he is a real craftsman and i would highly recommend. i hope we never have a backup again but i am less worried because I know I will have a company to call. thank you luis!
