Nobody really wants a plumbing issue. While doing a remodel I hired Mr Rooter to make sure all the lines were clear. they sent Noe, who was the best. He did not try and sell me more then I needed, was polite, through and informative. We had a problem with the shower after move in. Again, Noe to the rescue, he was as helpful as ever. He did not charge me for the visit.

The pipes are old in a sixty year old house, so once the tenant moved in there was a small flood from the first use of the dishwasher. I requested Noe but they said I would have to wait til WEd. So, I said, send someone as good as him. In a half hour, you guessed it. In walked our favorite rescuer, Noe. He had had a hard digging complex job but came at 5 PM anyway when he heard it was us. He stayed a long time and did trouble shooting in excellent ways. He fixed the problem as much as can be with old city pipes. On the basis of our contact, he was more than fair, very knowledgeable and about as polite and sympathetic as possible. I have run my own business for almost 40 years. Mr Rooter is lucky to have a guy like him and we are glad to have him service us.

They came, they saw, they fixed the problem.

They booked a time of 3-4pm, but when an opening became available for earlier, they called to give me the option to change it. Ahh, how refreshing customer service.

It was a bit more coin, than I thought it would be, [which is why they get 4 stars and not 5] but at least there was a coupon on the website, for a bit of a discount. That said, I feel confident the repair was done correctly.

The plumber who performed the service today, was polite, clean and professional. I was kept up to speed, during the entire process. Afterward a check of my entire plumbing system was done and recommendations were given.

I'm confident I'll be using them again in the future. [But I hope there's never another need to do so]

Don't waste your time or money calling here (I only did because my other plumber moved his offices out of California).

One week ago yesterday I called because my kitchen sink was backing up. A very nice plumber, Brian (he was quite nice and professional acting) showed up on time and did a number of procedures to determine the problem. He found there was a large build up of grease in the line and I had 2 options. The $200 option would be temporary and the $500 option would restore the pipes to ""new"".

I rent, so I called the landlord and he came over. I told Brian that I didn't think my landlord would spring for the $500 and he said the $200 option would last a while (I joked ""if it lasted to the end of my lease that would be great"" and he did NOT say, it probably will only last a week and not 6 months).

We did the $200 snaking option. Yesterday, exactly one week later the sink was backed up again. I called for an appointment, asking for Brian again. Today he called to say he was on his way and then said all he could do was the $500 procedure. The invoice says ""1 return visit warranty"". I am not sure what the heck that means, but he said ""yea, I told you it wouldn't last that long with all that grease build up"" REALLY? my $200 gives me a WEEK? The $200 wouldn't even go toward the $500! Wow! Nice warranty!

Needless to say the landlord said he wouldn't pay, so we are now waiting for him to send the plumber of his choice to fix the problem... Bummer end to my Labor Day weekend!

Josh was my service tech. What a nice guy! He was informative, thorough, clean, and respectful. I got an amazing deal through the buy 1 get 1 free mag. I had been dreading calling a plumber but this was a great experience with amazing service with a free follow up visit and the right price tag!

Great service, They were honest and caring. fixed the mailn drain problem and were very reasonable. i would reccomend this company to my grandmother with confidence that they would be honest and do the best job for a resaonable price. Thanks again Mr. Rooter:)

This is by far the best plumber I've ever come across! Brian came out on a Sunday to fix a clogged sink. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt that money was the issue like so many other establishments. He really cared that my problem was solved! The customer service was top notch. So careful and clean. He even washed my floor after he picked up the drop cloth.... He was exceptional. He's a keeper! I will recommend him to everyone I know.
