Matt and Carlos repaired my underground water leak in my home. These gentlemen worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day. They are very professional and trustworthy. They updated me throughout the day to let me know how things were going. When they were done, my yard looked better than it did before they came. . This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and webwere once again very pleased! Our small 2 bathroom home had both toilets backed up and Mr. rooter sent someone in under 30 minutes. They addressed the problem quickly and gave us a comfortable warranty. Jason the manager came out also to show us the video of the cause of our pipe blockage and was personable, friendly and educational. I'm actually an only daughter and first time home owner and after the Mr. Rooter team left I called my pops (who has been in construction for 40+ years) to simply go over everything that was stated. Initially, my pops had questions (as I am not familiar with plumbing and didn't articulate correctly all that occurred) and my dad took it upon himself to address his concerns and call! Admittedly, my dad is not always an easy one to please but he was instantly put at ease and felt reassured that we had the best service and the work provided was honest, reasonable and professional. And Jason, if you're reading this I TOLD MY DAD NOT TO CALL, HE INSISTED! We thought you guys did a great job but you know dad's, he needed his own validation.

I recently had my toilet unplugged by mr rooter( do not call these guys for any plumbing problems,) so i thought, the tech came and quoted me a price of over $400 because he said he had to remove my toilet after some negotiation i got him down to $350. He couldn't get the drain snake to go down the right way so he ended up going through the vent on the roof.
The problem was fixed but because the tech said he felt a partial blockage in the pipe he couldn't give a warranty that it would not get plugged again. Later that evening the toilets did get plugged again.
The next day i went to home depot, rented a drain snake that cost me $77.00 for the day. I ended up removing both toilets and managed to get the snake to go down the drain pipe the right way after about the 3rd or 4th try I send the snake almost the whole 50 feet, I did not feel any blockage while i was pushing the snake down the drain pipe. I pulled the snake completely out twice and sent it back down again almost the whole 50 feet. Once that was done I put the toilets back and have not had any problems with my toilets flushing, it has been 3 days now since i did this work the right way
I believe that when the tech sent the snake down the drain he did not put any kind of tip on the send of the snake to clean out the pipe completely therefore it was only partially unplugged. I would not call these guys or recommend them to anyone for plumbing problems. It seems that they just want to get as much money out of you that they can but only do half ass work and then say they can't warranty it so they can come back and charge you more money for more half ass work

Yesterday my messed up working on bathroom faucet sink, due to my work schedule I had call for a plumer, the initial price was $89 to tight up correctly, but the plummer told the thread is messed up and I need new faucet and he will replace the water connection and emergency valve, price then went $439 I said it is fine, then I left to work. 1435, at 1515 the Plummer called and tolde he can only replace the faucet and he don't touch the old water connection, so after all said and done I was charged $400 to replace bathroom faucet.
I had to pay for my parents because they are on fixed income.
So, if you guys looking for Plummer, I didn't recommend that one.

This morning I called Mr. Rooter and the staff was super friendly. She told me she could get someone out to me in 45 minutes. Santiago should up about 45 minutes just like the rep said. I can't say enough about Santiago. He was very professional, super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the plumbing issues that I was having. I'll definitely be calling this company again!!

MR ROOTER IS PRICEY. Jose P. Said billable rate is $425 an hour. I was charge $162 for not even 10 minutes of work fixing a leaking under the kitchen sink. Mr Rooter tried to charge me $225 for a toilet not flushing and tried to charge me $3200 to change my 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. HOME BREEZE CD changed my entire water heater for only $2099. And fixed my toilet free.
