Richard was so kind and very helpful. What I really liked was his way of teaching me about the pipe and why it is getting clogged. He was very thorough in explaining what was happening and the course of action he was going to be taking. Very polite and really helped us in providing the next steps we were going to have to take. Richard A is truly an asset to Mr. Rooter and would gladly have him back to help us anytime!

I was running home because my wife called me and told me that the bathroom was flooded with water and on my way, I found Matt from this company and asked him for help. He helped me but he went far and beyond his job to where he got the City of Fontana to handle the pipes to my home. Matt is a great worker and whose work I'm confident in. He's done a great job.

This is the second time we used them. The first time we had water main problem. It was a huge job and the team was awesome. This time we had the pleasure of working with Richard and he put a toilet in after we had put new flooring in. He was awesome and friendly and made us feel like family. Couldn't be happier with this company!!!

Never showed, set up an appointment for an estimate was told we'd get a call after 5pm when they'd be on their way. Waited 5 hours! No call regarding estimated time frame, rescheduling, or sheer courtesy. Definitely don't recommend, haven't even started working with them and already left a horrible impression.

3 clogged sinks and the holidays right around the corner! Our regular plumber was not available so we called Mr. Rooter of SB. The receptionist was super friendly and got us a technician within 30 minutes. Santiago was very professional and took the time to explain what was causing the clog. He used a camera with the snake so we were able to see buildup and roots. Problem solved within 1.5 hours of us calling, and we have recommendations for future maintenance of our septic system. 5 star service all the way.

Quick and friendly service Probably good for small and after hours jobs However, they hydrojetted my kitchen drain pipes for 1100 dollars? it is just high pressure water. Obviously too high of pressure (4500 psi) because they then told me rocks and dirt was coming out indicating a hole If they ran a camera first they would have seen a problem. Then they quoted me 8k plus to repair and tear up kitchen floor (which I will have to replace ) or a reroute costing 15k plus Their business model is an ""emergency"" upsell business model where the reps make commission A lot of large companies work this way. They say ""The quote is only good for one day"" Really? At those prices your quote should be good for 10 years ! You will still make a huge profit

We woke up to water all over our kitchen floor. We looked up Mr. Rooter Plumbing on the internet - called and received immediate service. We were able to talk to a ""person"" over the phone. The dispatcher assured us we would have a plumber to the house within 45 min. Santiago Grajeda arrived as promised and had our problem fixed within the hour. He even made an additional trip to pick up parts. I would highly recommend this company. The price for the repair was less than we had anticipated.

My Parents toilet was plugged up over the weekend , and I was able to contact Mr. Rooter and Michelle took the call and was able to dispatch Richard the technician to my parents residence promptly and they both were very professional and resolve the problem. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!!!
