both of the service technicians who came to the house were fantastic. Very polite, professional, and thorough. I have had several dishwasher installations over the years, and these guys are the best so far. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the technicians, is that this business is very expensive. I suppose quality work cost more, but they definitely could be a little less expensive

I found the staff and Scott the plumber very responsive and flexible. At first I thought the quote of $1200 to replace three fixtures and investigate a water pressure issue was a bit steep but Scott spent over 5.5 hours doing the installs, which required going into the wall behind the shower and struggling with what turned out to be a defective kitchen faucet. The managers let Scott stay at my house while I ran out and bought a replacement fixture without extra charge, saving me having to pay again to bring them out to install the new faucet. Scott is great, explains everything as he goes along, and knows how to do work-arounds as needed.

Scott was able to come within the hour after I called. Our kitchen drain was plugged and nothing we did helped. He explained our options and pricing and we went ahead with his recommendation to power wash the lines. We just moved into this house last summer. It was built in the 60s. The sludge he was able to extract filled 2 five gallon buckets. Really bad. He also replaced the shut off valves which were leaky and corroded. Can't recommend highly enough!

I have been using them for years but when i called for an emergency because i had frozen pipes they told me their emergency services are only for their valued customers. Regardless, their website advertises 24/7 ,emergencies, weekends and holidays no extra charge. It says nothing about you having to be a ""valued customer"" ,this is all false advertisement unless you are valued will never use or recommend them again

I made an appointment to unclog a kitchen sink. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Technician arrived within the expected window I was told. John explained ever he needed to do. He explained that if the clog was not where expected and he had to explore further it would be more money. Luckily it was where expected and the initial quote was what I paid. It was expensive but it was fixed. He ran water for 10 minutes to make sure it drained properly and then filled the sink up twice also and let it drain to check his work.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a clogged kitchen sink and Cole the technician, (not a plumber), from Mr. Rooter came out. After ""evaluating"" the situation he said he could snake the drain out for $400.00. Even though the price was outrageous, for several reasons including having a sick, post-op person in my household and really needing my sink, I agreed. Cole, then got a fairly small snake, about 15' or so and tried to snake the pipe 2x. That's it 2X. This is what you get from Mr. Rooter for $400.00. A man with small snakes. After that not working he immediately went into salesman mode suggesting more and more outrageously priced options up to and including possibly having to break my ceiling and walls downstairs even though the pipes are exposed in my laundry room. So much for evaluating the situation properly. All with no guarantee or course. I passed. A day or two later I got a call from the company and I let them know how unhappy I was. I was told that if ""I could refrain from leaving a bad review, they would credit back 1/2 my money."" Needless to say I never got the credit. Save your time and money and run don't walk away from this operation. The company that billed my card was D. Rohde Heating & Plumbing.
