They responded quirkily to my plumbing emergency. The technician was very good. My main complaint is they charged me 737 dollars for two feet of copper pipe and some angle joints. I would never, ever use them again even in a plumbing emergency.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because I had a blockage in my main sewer line. They were able to send a technician the following day. The technician arrived on time and began to assess the situation. We agreed on a price for the service and the technician, John Keating, began the task of completing the job. He was courteous, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. After clearing the blockage, he ran water down the line for about five minutes to be sure the pipes were clear. He also suggested ways to prevent the build up from repeating itself. I am extremely satisfied with his service and will definitely consider using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for future needs. I will also refer Mr. Rooter Plumbing to my friends and family. Kudos to John for being professional and knowledgeable. Well done!!!

Incredibly knowledgeable technicians. I like how they explain everything when diagnosing the problems.
I especially appreciate their honesty when it comes to the fix. sometimes they know everything. but other times it may take a few trips via trial and error. in the end, everything gets repaired.

Mr Rooter..on the technician went out of his way and beyond the call of duty .They resolved the problem immediately and efficiently. The office staff was very pleasant and I would recmend them on the highest level.

both of the service technicians who came to the house were fantastic. Very polite, professional, and thorough. I have had several dishwasher installations over the years, and these guys are the best so far. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the technicians, is that this business is very expensive. I suppose quality work cost more, but they definitely could be a little less expensive

I found the staff and Scott the plumber very responsive and flexible. At first I thought the quote of $1200 to replace three fixtures and investigate a water pressure issue was a bit steep but Scott spent over 5.5 hours doing the installs, which required going into the wall behind the shower and struggling with what turned out to be a defective kitchen faucet. The managers let Scott stay at my house while I ran out and bought a replacement fixture without extra charge, saving me having to pay again to bring them out to install the new faucet. Scott is great, explains everything as he goes along, and knows how to do work-arounds as needed.

Scott was able to come within the hour after I called. Our kitchen drain was plugged and nothing we did helped. He explained our options and pricing and we went ahead with his recommendation to power wash the lines. We just moved into this house last summer. It was built in the 60s. The sludge he was able to extract filled 2 five gallon buckets. Really bad. He also replaced the shut off valves which were leaky and corroded. Can't recommend highly enough!
