Both were very nice and David determined the problem after trouble shooting my system. He offered two options and I chose. He obtained the parts needed and returned within an hour. Two hours later the parts were installed and the system tested, problem solved. The service was quick and competent, and I recommend them to everyone.

If I could I would give more than five stars. I have had the local Mr. Rooter out a few times and they have been wonderful to work with on my fathers house. They come when they say they will and have done their best to make the repairs to a 50+ year old house as financially doable as possible. I can not say enough about how great Shane and his team, Ismael, Isidro, and Pedro are. They have gone above and beyond. They work well together and are very courteous. They explain everything so it could be understood by a layman like myself. They even clean up all the water afterwards. I'm truly happy that I found my local group of Mr. Rooter professionals.
