Ishmael and Pedro responded to my house for a clogged drain they were able to get it done also informed on ways to prevent clogs such as enzyme treatment and recommended a hydro scrubbing. After they cleared the drain they put everything together for me. They wore boot coverings to my house which was awesome because I have a two year old who spends a lot of time on the floor. Would definitely request them again.

Very pleased with our experience with Ismael and Shane. We had a clogged sink. They were able to come in and quickly assess the problem and provide the best solution. Both were very nice and David determined the problem after trouble shooting my system. He offered two options and I chose. He obtained the parts needed and returned within an hour. Two hours later the parts were installed and the system tested, problem solved. The service was quick and competent, and I recommend them to everyone.

If I could I would give more than five stars. I have had the local Mr. Rooter out a few times and they have been wonderful to work with on my fathers house. They come when they say they will and have done their best to make the repairs to a 50+ year old house as financially doable as possible. I can not say enough about how great Shane and his team, Ismael, Isidro, and Pedro are. They have gone above and beyond. They work well together and are very courteous. They explain everything so it could be understood by a layman like myself. They even clean up all the water afterwards. I'm truly happy that I found my local group of Mr. Rooter professionals.
