Recommended Customer Reviews

Arrived as promised and gave us advice regarding a gas line. They did not charge us for the visit, but were genuinely helpful. We would have gladly paid for their time, but there was no charge.

I only had a few minutes of hot water so property management called them. They came I explained the issue and they didn't do anything and told property management I do have hot water. Now I have no hot water at all and it's been almost a week.

This company is no longer owned by Lindsey and Jim. We were long time customers when it was. We have had two service calls in this past year with the new owner. Our experience has been frustrating at the lack of appropriate installations. A new faucet that we paid them to install starting making mechanical noise that when we asked for help, we were told how we could fix it or we would have to pay a service fee to come out and look at their installation issues. Another problem was we paid to have an access door to a tub plumbing area installed when it was owned by Jim and Lindsey. The door was too small for the large build plumber who came. I had told them before sending someone, it needs to be a trim person. The original plumber from Mr. Rooter who put it in was a thinner person. This new plumber had to cut the opening to fit in, then left the mess for us and said it was our problem that they didn't have time to fix it. It required a new panel, repair of an enlarged hole in our wall, tools that we didn't have but had to buy, and the time to fix what should have been addressed by them. We are seen as an annoyance to this company, because we dare to ask them to fix their mistakes. They are still using the very positive reviews we gave Lindsey and Jim for their website. I have asked them to remove them. They are not applicable. We will find a new plumber. We do not recommend this company. Nothing but grief.

Quick service ! Honest and definitely on our go to list for reliable plumbing needs !

Excellent company! Love there work integrity, great prizes great service great company all around.
I use Mr Rooter for both personal and professional buildings.

Mostly my husbands fault...he did NOT ask price first...
Was having a toilet problem....flapper was not sealing correctly,
sounded like water was trickling through the flapper. We were told
our 2 toilets were not flushing correctly, he replaced the 2 flappers at
the tune of $600.00.......he was here a little over 1 hour, will NEVER use
them again!!!

They are quick, efficient & get the job done! They are fair priced as well. I'd recommend them.

They came out to do a repair on my septic system - and what an incredible job they did! They showed up on time, gave me advanced warning that they were on their way, detailed exactly who was going to be showing up to do the work. And talk about professionalism - not only did they do an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem, devising a solution which would be the least expensive for me and then implementing that solution, but they cleaned up after themselves and followed up with me the next day to ensure I was happy with the work
I can't recommend them highly enough!!

All the people at Mr.Rooter have been amazing! They had a difficult job to do and I'm sure it was frustrating on Pleasant Street today. I'd like to especially commend Noel! He not only put in the time and labor, but fixed two other problems we were having with our shower/tub without even asking. Noel finished the job called for and did above and beyond! We will call on this crew again and I'd refer the business based off our experience. Thanks Tim, Jim and Noel:)

We didn't have hot water in the kitchen in a rental. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out in a couple hours, big plus. My husband showed the representative (who was extremely nice and knowledgeable, another big plus) where the problem was, under the house because my husband had already diagnosed the problem. Afterwards, he said he needed to call his supervisor to chat about the problem. When he came back from his truck his supervisor told him to give us a price of $1100!!! My husband just scoffed and said you're kidding, right??? He then came down to $800. Still my husband said no thanks. He went to the store and bought about 20 feet of PEX, a galvanized compression fitting and a 5 inch galvanized nipple and two PEX fittings totaling about $40. He went back under the house and in two hours the problem was fixed (they quoted $300 just for going back under the house when they charged us $45 for going under the house to check out the problem). I know these companies have overhead, but charging 2000% over what the materials cost is WELL BEYOND taking advantage of folks and just not right! I also know that not everyone has a wonderful husband who is capable, willing and able but also really dislikes paying someone else to do what he might be able do. We had been working on this renovation for over 2 months and we were exhausted and didn't want to tackle yet another problem, but given the fact that they wanted so much to do so little, my husband said no way, I'll take care of it.
