This company does not respect No Trespassing signs. I have two and they walked right past both to leave their flyer on my front door. When I reached out to corporate, they didn't bother to reply.
EDIT: I've had to edit my review because the owners threatened to sue me! It just gets better and better...

Timely. Talented. Terrific. These are three things that you want to say after finding a plumber who does the job efficiently, on time, and at a very reasonable price. I heard about Mr. Rooter plumbing service via the KNCO radio ads. I could tell by the friendly voice of co-owner, Lindsay, that I would have a good experience working with them. I was right.
On a very dark, early, and stressful morning, I discovered a broken toilet in our master bath. Although normally my handy husband would have fixed the toilet, he was recovering from major surgery and this was the closest toilet for a man on crutches - not a good scenario! Not only did Lindsay cheerfully take my call, she worked with her team to reschedule and reroute a repairman so someone could urgently repair the toilet and return us to sanity! And all this with no extra charge for a rush service down in Lake of the Pines. Jimmy fixed us up in no time. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. (and ""Mrs""!) Rooter!

I called and within an hour they were here. They were very pleasant and professional, the job was done quick and our water is back on! I will use them again. Very pleased with this locally owned business!

Fast, efficient, professional, WONDERFUL! Arrived on time, provided an estimate, fixed the problem super fast, gave a 90 day guarantee. Doesn't get much better than that.

I got online and Googled local plumbers yesterday. I called about 3 or 4 plumbers and no one answered their phone. I called Mr. Rooter and I immediately got Maris (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) on the line and she could not have been more pleasant to deal with! She advised she would be sending out Noel to diagnose our problem. She also advised me that they are open 24 hours, they will always answer their phone and they do not charge extra for after hours, weekends or holidays. Let me tell you, all three of those will make these folks my forever go to for my plumbing needs. I have never heard of a plumber not charging for after hours, weekends or holidays. As for answering their phones, do you how many times I have called a business for service only to get voicemail? And every time that happened, I hung up and called the next on the list. It is good for the bottom line of your business to have someone answering your phones, at least during business hours.
Okay...so back to Noel. We are renters and so Noel had to get permission from our landlord in order to proceed with the recommended repairs. So that we are all on the same page here, our landlord is NOT and easy person to deal with. Not only is she, well let's just say, frugal, she is also a bit of a know it all and just grilled the heck out of poor Noel. He was super patient, beyond respectful and handled her just beautifully! Noel was polite, efficient, clean and professional all around. Way to go Mr. Rooter! Job well done all the way around!

While doing some organizing under the house, I noticed a very small drip every 5 to 10 sec., coming from a solid length of coper hot water pipe near the water heater. Called Mr. Rooter. They they were able to schedule service the next morning. Dan came the next morning and cut out and replaced the short section of defective pipe. While he was here, he rerouted some pipe that was interfering with a storage area. Job well done at a reasonable cost.

We called Mr. Rooter around 3:30pm on a Tuesday after every drain in my home started backing up out of nowhere. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and let me know that they had a Senior Technician in the area and he could be there within the hour and get everything working again.
A bit later, Noel showed up at our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got everything working again and wrote up a great report that we will be able to deliver to our HOA in order to get the problem fixed.
The next day I received a follow up call to insure that everything went well, and they informed me that they would be sending me a typed report in the mail to help with the presentation to our HOA.
When it was all said and done, Noel and Mr. Rooter took an extremely stressful situation for a new homeowner and remedied it quickly and efficiently! We would highly recommend their services any time!

Never kept appointment. Never called. Pleasant secretary. I hope she lands a job with a real plumber.

Today, Mr Rooter's polite & professional technician offered $ 565.00 for the same job that Wilwood Plumbing did for $ 193.50 $ 371.50 Big Difference for the same exact work that took One & half ( 1 1/2 ) hours tme to complete the work. .

July 5th, 2010. We wake up and the septic tank which pumps uphill to the sewer at the street is out and needs to be replaced. We call Mr. Rooter and tell them that we have a house full of people, and if they can't get here soon we can't use their services. It's about 9am, and they say they can be here at 11am. Great. They arrive about 10:15am. Even better! They look at the tank, and give us a quote. That's where everything goes downhill. He quoted $3700 to do the job. That was sure a lot so we decided to call around and check pricing. Mr. Rooter quoted the part (a pump) at $2500. Our research found that the pump cost $1600 (same exact make and model - from Merrill & Sons - who we HIGHLY recommend). So they marked up the pump itself $900, and then wanted to charge $1200 to replace it. Luckily, one of our out of town guests had some plumbing experience, and was able to do the work himself. Now, don't get me wrong, not everyone could have replaced a pump like this by themselves. But if you do need an honest plumber, don't call Mr. Rooter. We certainly won't.
