All of the drains in the house were backing up and the usual tricks to free the clog weren't working. I called Mr.Rooter and Akeem returned my call within an hour to set up an appointment later that Saturday afternoon. He explained the possible issues and how he was going to go about troubleshooting the problem. He spent over two hours snaking the pipe and found the clog right at the opening of the septic tank. He also explained that the clog was caused by a faulty baffle in the tank and suggested having it fixed to prevent future problems. Pretty pricey, but Akeem's tireless work to fix the project was totally worth it. Thanks, Akeem !!!

Horrible horrible service!!!Called them to help with a clog in the bathtub!!Andrew came no mask (Not professional at ALL)Tried for about 30min and could not fix tub!!Another employee came cut a hole on the side of the toliet and did nothing!!! said he could cut a hole in the back of my wall for 2,200!!!Next day called another plummer!!Ed's Plumming!!Ed came and in 20 minutes fixed the problem (your gonna tell me Andrew tried for 2 hours to take a shampoo lid out 8 inches down the drane what a joke you all are)!!!Called today to see if maybe we could get part of our money back at least the $165 we payed the other plummer and Rachell the General manager proceeded to talk to me like I got some kind of deal from them that they should of charged me more!!!I admitt I got angry and told her they must not have professional plummers as my husband had to tell Andrew to use a different snake as the old janky one had no tip!!Stay far away from this company as they will milk you for all they can!!For plumming issues call Ed's plumming not only is he cheaper he is professional,fast and honest!!Shame on you Mr.Rotor!!!You don't even deserve one star!!

Thankful for Cary Castillo. He was able to fix our plumbing issue before Thanksgiving! We had a problem that affected our washing machine and toilet. He was very kind and understanding . Great customer service!!

We've used Mr.Rooter for years at my business, but always had a different plumber for home. Well as luck would have it my toilets started backing up, so I called my regular company and they said nope can't get anyone there till Friday ( this was Tuesday)so having good experience on a professional level I thought I'd try them at my home, they did not disappoint

Dispatch was extremely pleasant and helpful, even though I had never used them before they had someone there within 3 hours ( Akeem, and he was awesome). Took care of the immediate issue, did a line inspection and found roots so he offered me multiple options, got us setup came back within 2 days dug it fixed it filled it and under the quoted amount ( they aren't cheap, but it is quality work) they are now my go to plumbers both personally and professionally

I'm not much on writing reviews but when you have such outstanding service provided you just have to take a minute and acknowledge it. I work at a local non-profit and Akeem has been out to our place of business twice in the last two week. He is professional and provided excellent timely service. This last visit he actually didn't charge our company which is greatly appreciated!!! We will use them as our primary plumber.

Jason Griffin, a service professional, came to our home and determined the person who worked on our garage service sink and drain had not performed draw the job correctly. When he checked their business records, he found a prior employee had performed the work and he made the needed repairs at no charge.


Unfortunately has become rare to see such honesty and professionalism and I was very happy to have Mr. Rooter and Jason at our home that day.

Napa, please don't use this company. Don't make the same mistake I made. I called because of an emergency at my house and they totally took advantage of the situation to over charge me and give me an estimate that is 4X more than what other companies in town are charging me for the EXACT same job. I talked to the owner about it and besides pretending not to understand my problem she didn't do much. The least I expect is a partial refund for the job they already over charged me and thank goodness I didn't agree to do the bigger job with them. I highly recommend using other local companies.

They're probably good at a lot of things, but installing a tankless water heater is not one of them. They blundered their way through my install and it took four repeat visits over three weeks to (almost) complete the job. One day they left us with no hot water at all. In the end, I made the final adjustments myself before everything worked properly. As I hand over payment, the plumber admits it was his first tankless install. Great: I'm paying premium prices to train the new guy.

They also didn't return repeated phone calls, even when I tried to give them new business. Ironically, they suggested we have a conference call to discuss the problems... then didn't call. I'm done with them.

Phone was answered on the 3rd ring at 8am. Appointment made for same day between 11am-1pm. Was called back to see if I could have my sewer problem fixed at 10am, we'll sure!!!
Akeem came and was very friendly and professional. He asked questions to properly diagnose my problem. It's a blocked gray water line.He quickly set up and ran the snake and cleared my problem.
Thanks Mr Rooter and Akeem for making my day much happier with my plumbing problem quickly solved.

I have had Mr Rooter out to my property on a couple of occasions. They are both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and addressed it. They have all of the necessary equipment to get the job done. My one issue with this company, and the reason I am giving them 4 stars, is that they are outrageously expensive. When I inquired about their hourly costs after getting an eye popping estimate, I was told that they bill their laborers at $150/hour! I know those guys don't get ""paid"" anywhere near that amount -- but I would be paying that amount for guys to dig holes in my yard. The total estimate to complete my job is $20,000! I had them fix the near term problem and will be going elsewhere for the rest. Bottom line - good work, professional, on time, etc. but if you are on a budget be sure to get a second estimate.
