Five stars for a great team of guys that took care of business. I appreciated their explanations (and my education) about what they were doing. I had a good feeling about this business when I received a call from Linda prior to the team's arrival that they were on their way.

Pete and Saul--real talent who didn't give up until things were completed--thorough with a focus on quality and great customer service. The team left my home in the same condition as when they arrived--the main difference being that my plumbing was taken care of!

Not sure about mr rooter came did home inspection and the work totaled 2000 so I called another plumber and to fix the problems me rooter stated would cost 2000 dollars the other plumber charged 370 dollars what is the deal on a 1300 dollars difference???

Pricing was very fair. Work was professionally, and quickly done, with much respect to me!

My house was built in 1928, with a sewer line, almost that old! I have owned my home over 40 years, and have constantly had problems with roots in my sewer. I went out last Friday and found standing sewer water on my patio. I called 4 local plumbers, with no response. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and Kevin came out from SALINAS to help with my line. He worked until 9:15 PM, with no additional charge for coming out and offering after hours care! The next morning, Kevin brought out Patrick, who scoped my line. My old sewer line had started to collapse. After Patrick, very thoroughly explained how a new sewer line would be run, and what would happen if I did not put a new line in soon, I scheduled Mr. Rooter to put a new line in for me, though. I was very nervous undertaking such a large endeavor.

I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and speed that my new sewer line went in with. There was a set-back, and Mr. Rooter stuck with the original bid.
I was not treated like a client........but more like a friend. Chuck did many things to accomodate my needs in the 2 1/2 days that they were here. My hand pieced patio had to be pulled up. Not only was it put back, along with sanded grout between the tumbled stones, but it looked BETTER than it did before they pulled it.

Outrageous prices!!! Please shop around before you ever authorize services from Mr Rooter!!! I went with a local, licensed plummer service, for less than half the price!!!

Our toilet backed up at our business three weeks ago. The first two plumbers could not solve the problem. Kevin and Patrick from your company came in and solved the problem. This was not just plumbing....these guys were professionals who took the time to figure out what was going on. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They really stuck with it to completion. Very helpful plumber, Alvaro Rodriguez in Salinas, CA office. Dispatch from Salinas, Monterey, Pacific Grove & Carmel - w/ billing address to Monterey, CA headquarters. Office manager (in Monterey headquarters), Isabel, very pleasant phone voice & effective at her dispatching. Efficient, timely, friendly, knowledgeable. Arrived early in 2 hr appt window, assessed my 1932 era house with ease, suggested course of action for clogged drains, and performed without a hitch - all within 2 hrs. Offered home warranty for this house (a bonus w/ old plumbing & sewer lines) which allows 24/7 access, priority housecalls, 6 month check-ups, etc. No hesitation in recommending this crew.

My experience today with Mr. Rooter was fantastic. They were extremely professional and courteous both in scheduling an appointment over the phone as well as in person during service.

Augustine, the service technician who assisted with our clogged shower drain was very respectful of our home, efficient in his job, and pleasant to work with.

I had an emergency plumbing situation (mainline blockage because the pipes are old) and couldn't get in touch with my landlord for over 50 hours. We only have one bathroom and a small child so you can imagine how dire the situation was. We were unable to use the toilet, shower or sinks AT ALL! Finally I broke down and called the plumber myself since my landlord was MIA. These guys came out the same day I called and offered to start work even though I couldn't reach the landlord. They did excellent work and got water flowing the same day!! OUR HEROES! Thank you Mr. Plumber!
