Charged 700 to fix the issue but the issue was not what they repaired. When I pointed this out they then did the correct repair for a discounted rate of 200 more. So 900 for a 45 repair. Ripoff artists. Do not use!

I had a emergency plumbing issue on the Fourth of July. I contacted several plumbing companies and no one was available due to the holiday or they were charging a total ridiculous price. Mr Rotor Plumbing had someone on call for emergency and they came to my home within 2 hours. They also didn't charge a ridiculous or unreasonable price. The service technician was very knowledgeable, helpful and he resolved my issue timely. I was so impressed with my overall service that I joined their monthly maintenance preventative care program. This is now a company I trust and I will definitely only be utilizing their services going forward.

Mr. Rooter is NOT a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT when it comes to PLUMBING. Given that I used them in the past, trusted their work, and I called Mr. Rooter for help again on my Cliffdale Property. I spent over $6,700 on a water leak that was not discovered and repaired on my rental property in November 2023.
The water leak was later discovered by a contractor I hired to remove the mold in the bathroom after Mr. Rooter claimed they repaired the pipes that caused the water leak. The sheetrock was removed around the tub where the water was leaking. He confirmed that the water leak was coming from the water line installed by Mr. Rooter back in June 2022. During that time, the water was leaking out of the tub faucet and shower and Mr. Rooter changed the water lines. However, Mr. Rooter neglected to ensure the lines replaced were not leaking water. The water leak overtime caused mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. I've spent thousands of dollars for work they didn't fix over a year ago.
I talked with a manager of the water leak they never discovered and needed them to repair the leak, or I'll dispute the charges. Of course, he denied that it wasn't part of their scope of work. I told him the only assessment they needed to do was to find the water leak and fix it instead they replaced unnecessary pipes. He said he sent me a picture of a leak that the technician took when he replace the other pipes. I asked why he didn't repair the leak. He didn't respond. NEGLIGENT, NO DUE DELIGENT AND NO OWNERSHIP!
I text messaged Bob, the other manager who I've been working with since the beginning of the problem to ensure he knows what's going on. He didn't respond back about getting the water leak repaired. I also emailed Mr. Rooter regarding the water leak that was never discovered and repaired, and I wanted to dispute the charges, or they come fix it by a given deadline. I gave them steps I'm planning to do since they did not respond with deadline.
I'm letting everyone know that they are FRAUDSTERS and CANNOT be trusted. Do not be a victim like me.

Driver almost ran me off the road this morning! Speeding past the light in a school zone in front of Craigmont high school

Chris and his team were courteous, professional and efficient. Our hot water is now actually hot. Thank you

You guys did nothing you said you would do after coming out and say I would get a call back, no call back no estimate. Very unprofessional. I would never call again I am now on day 37 with no water in my home. I am filing a complaint with BBB and yelp. That fact that I am an army vet widow and you guys refuse to help is beyond me and on top of that I told the young lady and the worker you sent to my home that I just had a stroke. I will be mentioning all of this on News channel 3.

The work itself was perfectly done, Nathan always does good work. But...BUT...it took maybe 10 minutes for him to know what caused the problem and fix it...faucet simply needed a new cartridg. Those few minutes cost me $326....$326!!!!!!

The neighborly done right promise is a lie. Don't use this company ever. Overcharge and take so many shortcuts so the homeowner will have to fork out more money to fix their fix. All of this had to be ripped out and done correctly. Mr Rooter stopped responding to my request for a refund.

We had an appointment scheduled for 9/6/2022 from the time window of Noon to 5PM. At 2:05PM on 9/6 I called Rooter Plumbing to ask if someone would be coming to make their appointment. We were told no, that we would be pushed to 9/7 from 8AM to Noon as a priority call. At 10:56AM I called on 9/7 to ask when our technician would be arrive on site for service. We were told that our technician would reach out to us and let us know when he would be arriving. No call. I called back at 12:30PM to ask when we receive service, told that we were still 2 orders away from being receiving service. A manager finally called me back at 1:12PM to talk to me about the situation. My main complaint is poor customer service, poor response rate, and not being on time. We needed a backflow preventer test completed, and I canceled the service because we should not be rewarding businesses that treat customers poorly. I reached out to Warren Backflow at (901)482-5402 explained the situation and am receiving immediate service. My service call was pushed through 3 waiting windows and they still couldn't answer when a technician would be available.

they were here on time and did a good job reconnecting and stopping leakage around my toilet. my only problem is the expense.
$445 for 45 minutes work and a wax gasket. extremely expensive.
