John with Mr. Rooter came to my house yesterday do to stopped up toilet & when plunged came up through tub. He was out 1/31/19 for same problem but looking @ receipt it's says very clearly I have copper pipes which are scaling (rusting & coming off in pipes causing tissue to pile up & clog line. Am going to have all copper removed & replaced with something better than PVC. He did a lot of work getting it unclogged this time! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need Will follow up after that work is done tomorrow to give an update

requested a price for snaking my drain. They quoted almost $400. when I told plumber too expensive, he insisted on $70.00 service payment. I didn't request a service call, I already had a plumber identify the problem. It's bad business to charge service call when you can't afford the service you need.

So, we asked them to check out our dishwasher and floor under it because we suspected a leak. They did look briefly at the dishwasher and it was leaking , but they don't repair those leaks. We asked about the floor and if they could tell us the extent of the damage by maybe checking out the crawl space. They said they don't do that either and suggested we go to a Restoration company. So we asked them to repair an outside spigot and they don't do that either. So $65 later, no real solutions. I don't understand why they didn't tell us over the phone that they don't repair these issues. we clearly told them what our problems were and they were so happy to come out but they couldn't fix anything. Thankfully, I have someone who can. I just felt taken advantage of.

I contacted them through their form, and got reply from the witin 40 minutes. So I was impressed at first on their reply. But I noted that they offered to do it at around 4pm to 6pm, so I wrote back asking to have it after 6pm, due to being at work. 3 hours went by and no reply from them. So I wrote back again asking about it, and still haven't got a reply. And now it is over 9 hours, and no single reply from them at all. So I am not impressed with it. I made clear that I am harding of hearing and they could contact me by SMS or email, but they never responded back after I wrote back asking for slight change of schedule. So if they cannot be bothered to check their emails, then sorry, they do not get my business, and I have to look else where due to their total lack of response.

As a military family, we live out of state and had an emergency at our rental property. Mr. ROOTER staff was quick and polite on the phone, our technician was knowledgeable and gave us several options. Front office took payment over the phone and technician followed up with a drawing to show me exactly what the problem was for future reference. Earned my trust amd my repeat business!

I have used Mr. Rooter since 2006. They have always been responsive and will do whatever it takes to get the job accomplished, big or small. My company manages many residential homes, single family and condominiums, and we always call Mr. Rooter. We recently had a water heater die on a Sunday and Mr. Rooter was there with a new one, replaced, and hauled off the old in less than 4 hours. John came to help with what I thought wa a water leak in my pipes, he was able to quickly diagnose that it was not my pipes! I cannot say enough about this company. We have used them now on several occasions for separate plumbing issues at our restaurant including a sink repair, unclogging/cleaning drains line repair and partial replacement. From their office staff and dispatch team to their service technicians - they are a step above any other maintenance company I have ever worked with. It's always a bit stressful to have these issues and every tech has put me at ease immediately; they have always been on-time, and are highly efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly reasonably priced!...the cost is the same whether it's nights or weeekends, which is such a great service to offer because that's when these mishaps always seem to come up. After using them several times they are the only company I will use in the future or refer to anyone for any plumbing need. They take pride in their work and reputation and it shows. From a business owner's perspective it is incredibly impressive. I certainly hope not to need them again anytime soon :) but I'm very thankful that they are around!
