had a leak in the house, and Mr. rooter came out to fix our leak found exactly where it was. Had it done in it very fast amount of time less than a couple of hours. Also gave us recommendations: extremely honest efficient the technician was named Joshua. He was amazing and very honest: highly recommend these guys thank you guys.

Disappointment! A $13.00 dollar job turned into a $600.00 WITHOUT WARRANTY, $1000,00 with warranty! I remember when Roto Rooter was a fairly priced company. Not the case anymore, if a 70 year old disable veteran can do the job with minimal tools, why charge so much for so little. Do yourself a huge favor, don't support companies that have eliminated the competition, so that they can overcharge the people who are already hurting with the way this economy is today! I won't call them again, and get many estimates because others are headed that way too. Keep your hard earned money, and report such companies to the BBB and other social media outlets! The drain to my washer was clogged and water was everywhere. I called Mr. Rooter and they installed a 4 inch extender because supposedly it was too short. I was charged $399 for the extender which was clamped to the existing pipe. The problem was still not fixed, so they returned and removed the 4inch extender and replaced it with a longer extender which came up really close to my electrical outlet. The drain was still clogged, so I requested for a master plumber to come out. The drain was not clogged behind the washer, it was clogged on my roof top. So after 3 weeks of having water all over the floor, my cabinets getting wet, and not being able to wash the master plumber finally cleared it, and was told that I wouldn't be charged. The charge went through, so I called to get my money back for the extender which was removed. I then got an email saying that the $399 was for the clearing of the roof top clog. The manager tried speaking over me, and claimed that the money had to be justified somehow. He was rude and bypassed the time that all of this took. My time off of work to keep meeting the plumber for a "let's see if this works" answer according to the manager was of no concern to him. So disappointed in a company that has billboards in El Paso and appears to have knowledge of the plumbing business.

We needed to replace our water heater completely. We called Mr. Rooter and they quoted us $2,600.00 to replace and install a 40 gallon water heater. We held off because we thought it was a bit high and definitely we were priced gauged, ridiculously expensive. When there office called to follow-up we told them that the quote was $900 to $1700 over 5 other estimates and she failed to acknowledge the over priced quote and quickly dismissed us on the phone. Luckily we found a reliable plumber who quoted us a more reasonable price! Will never do business with this company!

I would have given 5 if my toilet repairs were in tip top working order. They did the best they could, I just didn't want to pay $1000.00! I'll call them again when I buy New toilets and have them installed. They did a primo job in replacing my old disposer, and found an electrical issue. It was an expensive day, but at least the toilets flush! Murphy and Josh were very polite, clean and did the best they could. Murphy told me to get a replacement part, to save money.

Water heater flooded during a holiday weekend. Gilbert was here within a half hour, checked for repairable leaks , not possible, the heater was twelve years old. By dinner time had a new tankless water heater installed, and the work area cleaned. Definitely who we will call for our next plumbing problem.

I am incredibly disappointed. The problem was not completely resolved, the plumber missed a blockage we asked him to check for and we overpaid far too much!! $950 for a few hours of labor!? Parts were $28. I will never use Mr Rooter again and will let family and friends know of my experience.

Terrible customer service. They didn't fix the sink, now it's worse and they send a $640 quote to fix it after making it worse. All consumers should be warned of this company.

No usen estos plomeros son rateros. Y no hacen el trabajo bien y no honoran las garantías que te disen por teléfono después de un día del servicio malo. Y cuesta tres veses más de lo que cobran la compañía verdaderos ROTOROOTER. SON RATEROS NO LES LLAMES.
