This Mr. Rooter informed me they were under new management and it shows. The quality in service was impeccable, the tech laid down a mat before starting any work on my bathroom. He put his boot covers on before entering my home. It showed how much they care for their job and consideration of others. I had requested for a drain clean out and they provided me an estimate. I felt I was paying for the best service, I'm used to the butt crack plumbers who leave a mess everywhere and don't clean up after themselves but I truly felt I got what I paid for in a positive way

I called Mr. Rooter after my handyman could not fix my plumbing issue. Mr. Rooter sent technician Ismael who was professional and fixed the plumbing issues. I will contact Mr. Router for future plumbing issues, and I recommend you do too.

All toilets in my home clogged on Easter Sunday. Mr Rooter was open and able to send someone out. technician David Deleon was dispatched to my home. He was professional and got the job done. They could have charged me a lot more being Easter but they were fair and I would definitely recommend them. They are now my new plumbing company. Thank you for a job well done!

The Free Estimate is only $190.00. I called Mr. Rooter to help me figure out if my water heater thermocouple needed replaced and/or if my burner plate or ignitor was wet. The free estimate came with a $190 inspection fee because they could not tell how old the machine was without $190 although all the information about the device is printed on the manufactures sticker. He also said that I had no pressure release valve which it did, and does. I wouldn't count on getting anyone knowledgeable. Seems like the ol' ""he's here already just pay it"" scheme. I'm sure they would be glad to overcharge and ""fix"" things that aren't wrong. Find someone else if you want honesty
