Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your trusted plumbing expert with extensive experience and knowledge. In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, opening the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He started his plumbing company and named it Mr. Rooter. The Neighborly Group purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989 following negotiations with Duck and Don Neighborly. Despite selling the rights to the business and its franchises, Duck continued to operate his shop in Oklahoma City. Today, David Duck is still a franchise owner.
