Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your trusted plumbing expert with extensive experience and knowledge. David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching his first branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck created his own plumbing business and adopted the name Mr. Rooter. The Neighborly Group purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989 following negotiations with Duck and Don Neighborly. Although Duck sold the business rights and original franchises, he retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck continues to be an active franchise owner.
