I had 3 estimates for my trenchless sewer line replacement. Even if Mr. Rooter hadn't been the best price I would've gone with them. From the first moment with Joan on the phone to the Field Manager, Tom Erasmy who arrived (on time!) for the estimate, to the actual project workers, every person on this project was downright exceptional. Thanks, Mr. Rooter! I have already recommended to a contractor to use this service.

Edward the guy that came out was good about clearing our sewer line but the problem was that the city had come out to fix the water lines a week before and we suspected that they had broke our sewer line. Well I had called the city to come out to check and see if it was there fault. Edward intercepted the city supervisor behind my back and told him that the line was clear and that the city needed to do no more. Edward told us he could fix the sewer line for 7,000. Well the line backed up again so I called the city and they dug up the street and discovered that they had broke the sewer line when they were digging for the water line. That's when the city supervisor told me that Edward had sent him away saying that the line was clear. These guys are crooks we paid 312.50 Edward said he would email our receipt but he never did he said he would write us a letter explaining the problem so that we could give it to the city and he didn't do that either. Now I know he was just trying to sell the sewer job for 7,000.

He also gave us a detailed explanation on what to do if we ever come across any of the same problems in our home again. Our water heater broke over Thanksgiving and Mr. Rooter was quick to come out and give us a quote and the next day we had a brand new water heater. I received a courtesy call about 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. They were on time and very friendly. Will definitely call them next time we have an issue!

We had an ongoing issue that we had called a couple different plumbers out to diagnose and no one could figure it out. Then we came across mr rooter and as soon as I described the issue they knew exactly what the problem was. That has been my experience with mr rooter time and time again. They figure out what the problem is within a few minutes and they do a superb job of repairing it. They don't cut corners.

I've had problems with many other companies that don't take time to figure out what the real issue is and then leave a big mess for me to clean after. But mr rooter plumbers leave with no mess for me to clean. I'm extremely happy with their service and will continue to call them for all plumbing needs.

We had an emergency with our atrium drain clogging during a downpour and called Mr. Rooter. They were professional and sent someone as soon as he could get to us. Shannon was excellent. He took one look at the problem and immediately went to work. When he noticed how much work we had done on our own to help bail the water that was filling up, he even took $50 off the cost! We are so relieved that Mr. Rooter (especially Shannon) came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again.
