These guys are amazing. We had an emergency sewer line issue at our house in Dublin. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and scheduled us for major repair the next week. They showed up first thing Monday morning and finished the job in a couple of days. They handled the inspectors (and my father, who can be a handful!), financing questions, etc. They are responsive, reliable, and their crew is hard working. They will be our go-to for any plumbing issues!

Who is the plumber in the photos, lol? Definitely not the ones that have been to our house. They do not wear booties and they also don't wear a mask for covid. Super disrespectful and a total rip off. Do yourself a favor and call any other plumber. They mascaraed in nice vans with huge advertisements on the side but each time they come to your house they are 100% unprepared. They destroyed our personal property to clean up their mess. They came to our house to do a large job that was scheduled for noon, showed up at 1 and then decided they couldn't do it because it was too big. And he was an hour late because he had to buy 5 feet of pipe. Lol! Had to come back the next week to do the job. Also showed up at 8 am and then had to leave to go buy supplies. They collected the money from us before we even got a chance to see the ghetto af job he did. Over 3k for destroyed bath towels, cigarette butts on our front lawn and the most crooked and backwards plumbing you have ever seen. When we asked to speak with the person in charge they don't even respond. When I asked about things that were supposed to be done and that we were billed for but that weren't done the guy just said ""oops I forgot to do that "", or "" I tried but didn't have the right tool so you will need to schedule for another day."" What!? Omg the nonsense and money grubbers these people are. Their invoicing system is total garbage and a total scam. Nothing is itemized. It's supposed to be $250/hour yet the dude worked at the most 7 hours and that doesn't equal $3,250. Horrible company. We have had two plumbers to our home this year from this company. Both were terrible.
Calling my credit card first thing Monday to stop payment on this shoddy work.

Johnny was a lifesaver. After a failed attempt to repair a main water line by myself at 9pm on a Friday night, Johnny was able to come over, repair it, and give me a fair price.
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and Johnny in particular. Will be using them exclusively from now on.

I am a plumber. I know all about plumbing but this young man opened up my eyes with his repertoire of tools, skills, and knowledge of exactly how and where to find the void in the ceiling to make the repairs on the otherwise inaccessible brick wall encased pipes. He did it tight and right. He got it done so I can have fun make that call I bet you won't regret it.

Anthony was a fantastic plumber who went out of his way to make things great. I had a kitchen faucet that lost a lot of pressure and he tried everything he could for a cheap fix but it ended up being a kitchen faucet replacement. My only critique would be (and only in retrospect) that he should have removed the old faucet first to look for any other issues before buying a replacement faucet.

Anthony came out to inspect out sewer line.
He was polite and explained the issue. He was respectful when explaining to me (female). I'm used to getting some general response and my husband getting the more detailed response.
They scheduled the work and called ahead. The guys who came to replace the sewer line were the same. Very respectful, very clean with their work and knowledgeable.
I'm very pleased with them!

After losing my plumber of many years I was nervous about using a new service, especially during COVID. I cannot say enough good things about Mr Rooter (Corky). Not only was Corky very conscientious wearing a mask, booties, gloves he was also friendly, polite and totally forthcoming and honest. He went above and beyond in replacing my broken faucet/garbage disposal. I trusted him completely. Mr Rooter will be my go-to plumber from now on.

This rating is based on customer service received from Dawn. She contacted me regarding an email that was mistakenly routed to the Contra Costa service area (her office is in Fairfield).
As I was explaining my situation regarding another franchise, she continued to cut me off and interrupted me during the conversation. Very rude and poor customer service skills! No excuse for talking to consumers that way. Horrible!!!

I had a huge pluming problem Saturday woke up to water running I jump up run to my bathroom water running out to toilet every where.. I start to panic.. once I got the water turned and cleaned up all that water.. I contacted my home warranty company.. that I had just gotten thank God. Unfortunately they had no one till Monday. So I started calling around . I got the dispatcher for Rotorooter and said he could have someone out in an hour. A very nice man by the name of Niko Garcia showed up.. OMG he was amazing he totally explained what he needed do how it would be done and said he was going to his best to save me as much as possible.. and we all know a plumber on the weekend is not cheap.. but I must say really did a good job and saved me some money.. I totally recommend Niko Garcia

Got a repair done on sunday which turned out to be faulty and started leaking tuesday. Called the office and was told we were the second job for wednesday. A technician showed up at 1:30, taped over the leak and said he would be here first thing thursday morning. Thursday morning we call the office again asking where our technician is and we were told again that we were not first priority. From my point of view it seems like were last priority because they cant make any more money from us since we already paid. It seems unprofessional to perform a faulty repair and then just leave customer waiting with no water while they help others.
