Mr. Rooter in Fairfield sent Santiago out to diagnose our clogged sink. it wound up being a much bigger problem. He was very helpful in offering several suggestions to solve the problem. Santiago went above and beyond to explain the situation and took many pictures of the pipe under our house that was broken so we could see with our own eyes what the situation was. He was neat, clean and efficient. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs and will request Santiago!

I called for service at 12pm on a Sunday (expecting there to be long wait times or increased prices) and I had a plumber at my house within an hour and a half! I had a clogged line and Eduardo came and quickly looked at the issue and provided an estimate. It was reasonable and he was in and out within an hour. What I thought was going to be a headache of a Sunday turned into a great experience because of the Mr. Rooter team!

A brand we can trust! Our tenants had water pressure issues in the showers and Mr. Rooter came to the rescue! The service professionals were punctual and courteous. I loved the attention to detail, complete with boot covers to protect our rugs, and a thorough investigation of the issues. They took the time to first listen to my tenant's concerns and then my concerns and then dove to get to the root of the problem. They took care of the problem the same day and made me look good in the process in front of my tenants. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

I've used Mr Rooter before for a main drain backup at my rental house and some other issues with the garbage disposal and plumbing, I wasnT able to be there this time but my tenant said he did a great job

Mr. Rooter is dependable and always fixes the problem. They are reliable and go out of their way to get the job done in a timely manner. They have done numerous large jobs at our shopping center and did excellent work. Anthony is a fantastic plumber. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing work.

I had a garbage disposal replaced; the technician was timely, and wore booties since it was raining. Armando was professional and gave additional options for replacement since my disposal was very ""old"". I have used this service in the past and will use them again if necessary.

These guys are amazing. We had an emergency sewer line issue at our house in Dublin. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and scheduled us for major repair the next week. They showed up first thing Monday morning and finished the job in a couple of days. They handled the inspectors (and my father, who can be a handful!), financing questions, etc. They are responsive, reliable, and their crew is hard working. They will be our go-to for any plumbing issues!

Who is the plumber in the photos, lol? Definitely not the ones that have been to our house. They do not wear booties and they also don't wear a mask for covid. Super disrespectful and a total rip off. Do yourself a favor and call any other plumber. They mascaraed in nice vans with huge advertisements on the side but each time they come to your house they are 100% unprepared. They destroyed our personal property to clean up their mess. They came to our house to do a large job that was scheduled for noon, showed up at 1 and then decided they couldn't do it because it was too big. And he was an hour late because he had to buy 5 feet of pipe. Lol! Had to come back the next week to do the job. Also showed up at 8 am and then had to leave to go buy supplies. They collected the money from us before we even got a chance to see the ghetto af job he did. Over 3k for destroyed bath towels, cigarette butts on our front lawn and the most crooked and backwards plumbing you have ever seen. When we asked to speak with the person in charge they don't even respond. When I asked about things that were supposed to be done and that we were billed for but that weren't done the guy just said ""oops I forgot to do that "", or "" I tried but didn't have the right tool so you will need to schedule for another day."" What!? Omg the nonsense and money grubbers these people are. Their invoicing system is total garbage and a total scam. Nothing is itemized. It's supposed to be $250/hour yet the dude worked at the most 7 hours and that doesn't equal $3,250. Horrible company. We have had two plumbers to our home this year from this company. Both were terrible.
Calling my credit card first thing Monday to stop payment on this shoddy work.
