The service was good, the guy who came to the house was professional. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful. My problem was with the price- very expensive $589 to unclog a shover and the toilet. .I found another company that charges much less $159 .I fell ripped off by $430 difference.

Removal of Drain drain snake Cleaning of Main Line I've been trying to unclog my pipes for a week now with no luck. I even got the drain snake stuck under the sink. When I called to make an appointment, I explained the situation and requested a technician to come the next morning. The appointment was scheduled between 8:45 am and 10:00 am, and I was told that I would receive a call one hour before the technician's arrival. Technician Michael Cruz was sent to help me. He removed the snake from the line and under the sink, but then we encountered another issue with the drain line. Michael spent an hour trying to clear the line and eventually called Technician Miguel to assist with a Hydrojet. It turns out that my house was built in 1972, so I suspect the line under my property has never been replaced. After some perseverance, Michael and Miguel were able to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend their services!

We had a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling, so after the roofers advised it was the piping, I called Mr. Rooter immediately to get a service call. I was scheduled for the first appointment the following day. Mike Cruz was the technician that was sent out and I am glad he was. He immediately found the problem and called it in. He repaired the pipe very quickly and very efficiently. Aside from the great job he did he was also very respectful, while in my home. He gave a very detailed explanation of the problem so i could understand what the issue was. He completely cleaned everything up including making sure the bathroom rug was moved away so it wouldn't get any residue or mess on it. Furthermore, the prices to me were very reasonable and I would absolutely refer Mr. Rooter and tell them to ask for Mike Cruz.

I'd like to leave this review specifically for Rich. I had a plumbing issue and a tech came out on Dec 30 to flush a line as well as plug in a new toilet. After that job, my tenants had continuous leaks throughout the next week and I called 3x to have techs come out to the house to look at the issue. I asked customer support over the phone to please send a well seasoned plumber tech for the 4th time calling about the same issue. I was scheduled with Rich whom is a service manager and has been in the biz for 20+yrs. he called me and explained the issue and suggested an additional piece to put with the new toilet since I have cast iron pipes and over time they get worn and damaged where the toilet connects. he didn't have the part with him but coordinated a time that worked with my tenant and he came back the next day to resolve the issue. so far, things have been going smooth and no leaks. I am greatly appreciative of Rich and his expertise and customer service. He was honest and professional. He is a great member of Mr. Rooter and would recommend this company to keep him around ! give him a raise ! I'm hoping i don't have to call you guys, but if I do need to, Rich is the guy to ask for!

I have mixed feelings about the company. My mother had an emergency in her condo. Yes they came out within the hour and told me it would be 89$ for the service call if you don't go any further using them. The technician had to go upstairs above my mothers unit to find out it was their water heater, the neighbor above felt their estimate to do the job was too much and charged my card $195.00 for going upstairs. Use your own judgment on the situation, I felt I was very over charged.

Arrived within scheduled window and fixed the problem; however, they charged $300 to replace a part that costs $10 and took less than 10 minutes to replace. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of.

They quoted a service charge to come out and give a quote. They then charged 5 times the amount to give a ridiculously high quote and did nothing. We got the job completed for less than 5% of the route.

The water line to my fridge was slowly leaking and I didn't know how bad it was until I pulled out my fridge. HUGE lake behind the fridge and slowly leaked into the garage. Frustrated, I called Mr. Rooter and an staff came to the house within the hour. I had the service done on Friday 6/2/2023 around 5pm, I wish I could remember my guy's name but he was GREAT! He found the leak and since I wanted to get rid of the fridge anyways, he cut off and sealed the line. Bye old ass fridge. Everything was done in less than an hour, fixed the problem, easy contact and payment, I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter company!

The apartment below us had their ceiling cave in from a water leak. We called, they came, they quickly diagnosed the leak. The price was reasonable and they were easy to work with and were very responsive. Francesca, the manager, and Keiland, our plumber were polite, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Highly recommend.

So Sunday I called Mr Rooter in Broward to come fix an issue with my plumbing, it had a humming noise. The girl who answered the phone gave me a 2hr window 1-3pm, which was ok with me. I was told the office would call me to pay the call out fee before the Tech arrived. They never called, I called the office at 3.50pm and said I'd heard nothing from them and had to cancel. They rescheduled it for today, Monday evening between 6-8pm at 7.16pm, I called their office and asked where the Tech was, I was told he should be here in 20mins. Then I got a call from them, saying their Tech wouldn't be here till possibly 11pm at which point I said, No that's not good enough... I'm cancelling your company, I'll find a much better and reliable plumber service, which we did and fast. My opinion? Stay far away from Mr Rooter. I don't know how anyone can run a business like that...
