So Sunday I called Mr Rooter in Broward to come fix an issue with my plumbing, it had a humming noise. The girl who answered the phone gave me a 2hr window 1-3pm, which was ok with me. I was told the office would call me to pay the call out fee before the Tech arrived. They never called, I called the office at 3.50pm and said I'd heard nothing from them and had to cancel. They rescheduled it for today, Monday evening between 6-8pm at 7.16pm, I called their office and asked where the Tech was, I was told he should be here in 20mins. Then I got a call from them, saying their Tech wouldn't be here till possibly 11pm at which point I said, No that's not good enough... I'm cancelling your company, I'll find a much better and reliable plumber service, which we did and fast. My opinion? Stay far away from Mr Rooter. I don't know how anyone can run a business like that...

Bathroom sink was clogged. They sent two men. That means double the labor costs. One man watched while the other did the work. It took less than 1/2 hour to replace p-trap and unclog the sink. Total cost was nearly $435. This equates to $870 and hour. Most transactional lawyers to not make that hourly rate. Future plumbing needs will be with another company. Patrick B.

The service was good, the guy who came to the house was professional. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful. My problem was with the price- very expensive $450 to unclog a sink and replace the drain stop. I was told by the service tech that I would get a receipt by email. They had two email addresses to send it. Neither address got a copy- yes I did check my spam folder. Called the office 4 times to get the manager Francesca to call me back and resend, never got a call back from her or received a copy. Never will I use this company again.

I have never had to call a plumber before, but my half bathroom toilet would not drain! I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and within the hour Mike Caputo was at my house. He was nice, professional and competent. Within 10 minutes the TOOTH BRUSH that was stuck in my toilet was out and my toilet was like new!!!! Thanks so much for helping me with my problem.

I called Mr.Rooter at 9:39 this morning. Woman who answered my call said there would be someone at my home between 12-2 pm. I called on 3 separate occasions for an ETA. At 2 pm I spoke to someone else in their call center. I guess there was a shift change. There was no record of my request having been made. Horrible service.

I had a minor problem in that I could not unscrew my garden hose from the faucet. Fearing that I might burst the pipe trying, I decided to call Mr. Rooter to unscrew it. I was told that there would be a $75 service call fee that would be credited to the job if I hired them. When the plumber arrived, he saw that it was a minor task and said that he would just charge me the diagnosis fee, which I understood to be the $75; however, when he unscrewed the house, which took him just a few minutes, he said that it would be $195.05. Since I had a $20 coupon, he said that I owed him $ 100.05, which I reluctantly paid him. After he left, I called the office as I thought that $195.05 was an outrageous charge for a few minutes work. The person who answered the phone asked me why I agreed to that price. I told him that he never told me that it would be $195.05 and that I was under the impression that the charge would be just the $75 service fee which In understood to be the diagnostic fee. He replied that the $195.05 was the diagnostic fee and refused to make any adjustment. So I told him that it would be reflected in my review and hung up. A few minutes later, I received a call from Steve, the manager, telling me that he spoke to the plumber and based on what he told him that he did, he should not have charged me the $195.05, but just the $75 service fee and that he would be refunding me the difference. I was originally going to write and unfavorable review of this company based on the charge and the poor customer service that I received from the first person with whom I spoke, but I am now writing a favorable review since the manager recognized the error and corrected it. Errors occur, but what is important to me is whether a company is willing to correct that error and the manager did so.

After our building sat vacant for two years, Andrew the owner of Mr. Rooter Broward came out and got our hot water heater, urinals, and toilets working in perfect condition again! Several contractors before him had come and quoted us total replacement for thousands! He was Friendly, wore a mask, and got the job done! And we are so grateful! We are going to make this building into a suicide awareness building for cops and firefighters in Ft Laud. We are soooo grateful Andrew got all working again!

So im a Realtor and recomended Mr. Rotor to my buyer for camera scoping, the apt was made and we were given a 2hr window for technician to arrive we were also told we would be given a call 30 min prior to his arrival. After informing the sellers agent of the apt he asked how would they access the pipes I was not sure so i called the Mr. Rooter office to schedule a confrence call with the sellers agent, technitian and myself so we can discuss that before tech arrives that confrence call was never made by Mr. Rooter at 11:25 am i phoned the office since i was yet to get a call from any tech at which i was advised they would be there in the next 30 min At 11:57 AM I had to call the office again because no technician had arrived where I spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting for an answer as to when the technician will arrive. The technician arrives about 35 minutes late once arriving spend another five minutes on the phone before getting out of his vehicle.Upon entering the house the technician realized he had to access the plumbing from the roof and had to call a second technician to come out the second technician took about 30 minutes to arrive so we are aprox 1.5 hrs late Technician does the scoping comes down hand me a USB to transfer to my USB there's no video on the USB he forgot to save it had to redo all the work again. At this point I call back Steven August Who is the office manager and explain all my frustration all over again at which I asked them to discount the price of the work for my buyer he tells me he will get back to me within 24 hours He never calls me back I then call him back at what he tells me they have already discounted the job and there's no discount they could give me and then asked to speak to the owner Andrew which Steven conference calls a gentleman who is saying he is Andrew the owner who tells me an apology should be enough
