All great. On time and professional. Very polite and nice. The tech knew what to do right away and did it fast. Thank you

So im a Realtor and recomended Mr. Rotor to my buyer for camera scoping, the apt was made and we were given a 2hr window for technician to arrive we were also told we would be given a call 30 min prior to his arrival. After informing the sellers agent of the apt he asked how would they access the pipes I was not sure so i called the Mr. Rooter office to schedule a confrence call with the sellers agent, technitian and myself so we can discuss that before tech arrives that confrence call was never made by Mr. Rooter at 11:25 am i phoned the office since i was yet to get a call from any tech at which i was advised they would be there in the next 30 min At 11:57 AM I had to call the office again because no technician had arrived where I spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting for an answer as to when the technician will arrive. The technician arrives about 35 minutes late once arriving spend another five minutes on the phone before getting out of his vehicle.Upon entering the house the technician realized he had to access the plumbing from the roof and had to call a second technician to come out the second technician took about 30 minutes to arrive so we are aprox 1.5 hrs late Technician does the scoping comes down hand me a USB to transfer to my USB there's no video on the USB he forgot to save it had to redo all the work again. At this point I call back Steven August Who is the office manager and explain all my frustration all over again at which I asked them to discount the price of the work for my buyer he tells me he will get back to me within 24 hours He never calls me back I then call him back at what he tells me they have already discounted the job and there's no discount they could give me and then asked to speak to the owner Andrew which Steven conference calls a gentleman who is saying he is Andrew the owner who tells me an apology should be enough

The diagnosis and repair were superior and the pricing reasonable. Rich was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and neat. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again and hope we can request Rich. Thank you!

Had scheduled a tub replacement. On the day of installation, they said their distributor sold the one that was being held for me and I'd have to wait until next day for installation of the new tub after taking off time for work. They didn't take ownership of the problem & instead passed the blame to their distributor. They didn't offer any discount & had no sympathy or empathy & said they did everything right; if they did the new tub would've been installed on the original day of app't. After all, I'm paying them over 2 grand, not their distributor! This Roto-Rooter is located in Deerfield Beach & I'm in Tamarac. Again, no sympathy or empathy or compensation for my troubles, they couldn't care less.

I had put off a simple repair because another plumber told me I may need a costly repair for low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Mr. Rooter Plumber was prompt, professional and knew immediately that it was not what the other idiot plumber said. The repair was done promptly and professionally. Cost was reasonable. Thank you!

HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter!! They installed a new hot water heater in our home this past October and installed a new garbage disposal today. They've done work at our restaurant as well! Called them late yesterday and they were out first thing this morning! Rich is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. Very personable and really makes sure you understand the process every step of the way! Connor joined him as well, and was super nice! Don't waste your time doing the research - we've done it for you. This is your go-to company for all of your plumbing needs!

Had an issue with a clogged pipe on Easter Sunday, someone was onsite within 40 minutes and they were very professional and took care of the issue. For those of you that think the cost is too high, this is not a pleasant job, I paid $330 and issue was resolved, and not simply I might add. Did they clean the mess, no, did not expect them to. Very good people.

I this technician Keith come he was fantastic very caring treated our problem like this was his own home . He didn't leave any mess took old faucet out and through it out and wiped all all debris that was made. He worked very hard the old faucet was rusted on there He really put his time in. God bless people like him.. Very kind I would highly recommend this man and company.

Don't waste your money. You have to pay $65 before they come to your house. When the tech came, he didn't know where the leak was coming from. Then he left and I was at a loss of $65 without knowing what my problem was. Call another plumbing company. Don't waste your money on Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Stay away from this company! First of all, they have a $65 dispatch fee which is not clearly explained. They give the impression that it's refundable if no work is performed. They are very unprofessional and discourteous. I called this company to check out a copper pipe leak in the attic, which I thoroughly investigated and confirmed that the leak was very small and only about 2-4 inches of pipe needed to be replaced. When the plumber came onsite he informed me that there was a $140 fee to diagnose the issue. Are you kidding me? is this a computer or some sort of electronics that need a diagnostic fee? I decided to call the company and asked them if I already know what the problem is and where the leak is if I still need to pay a diagnostic fee and the lady put me on hold and then came back and said no fee will be required. The plumber said it's too hot to get in the attic now so he'll come back the next day. Which I agreed it was too hot to be crawling around. The next day the plumber came back and asked me if I will be accompanying him in the attic to help him, because it's a two man job. WOW! who is paying who here? I said no, I can't do that. He then climbed up and a few minutes later stated that he was two tall to fit in the attic and it would be better if he could cut a hole in my ceiling. Also it would now cost me $450 because he has to use a special clamp tool instead of the torch, because it's dangerous. Wow! again. The tool is an expensive tool, but it makes the job easier so why charge me more? Don't charge me because the tool is expensive. At this point I already lost confidence in him. The plumber said he could not do the job and left. He didn't even call headquarters for a possible solution. After all this.. I called customer service and asked about a solution or refund and they told me that the plumber said he quoted me for 14 feet of copper pipe. huh? we agree that we only needed to replace 2-4 inches. I told the supervisor that it's up to him to do the right thing based on the unprofessionalism. I will not ask again for a refund, but they lost my business to another company who gladly took care of the issue the same morning for half the price. oh, and they used the clamp tool. Stay away from this company, there are too many plumbing companies out there that do not need a $65 dispatch fee and $140 diagnostic fee. They are a complete rip off. Shame on you MR. Rooter! you failed!.
