Jason J. came on a Sunday to fix our sump pump and explained everything in detail to help us understand what needed to be fixed now and what could wait a little while. He gave us the best price and was extremely knowledgeable on all plumbing related issue. He had lots of experience. No shortcuts were taken and we still were given a great price. We learned a lot and feel good knowing we have a trustworthy technician to continue to count on in the future. -Erin

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks. Unfortunately, on August 1 they sent Zach to fix the leak. He said we needed new faucets. He went out and bought them (we have never received the invoices for purchases). He installed the faucets which turned out to be crooked. He then told us we needed new emergency shut off lines to the tune of over $700. We later discovered he had only installed one. The total bill for installing 2 faucets was $1788.11 which is an outrageous amount. We made numerous calls to the company . They wanted to send Zach out again and we said no. Luckily, they have at least 2 good plumbers (Ken and Joshua) who fixed what Zach had screwed up. We never were able to talk to a manager. We feel like we need some of our money back for this outrageous screw up. We are not complainers and have never posted a bad review but we are so disgusted that we felt the need to let management know the stress and cost we had to deal with.

While our initial experience was a bad one, I have to say that Mr. Miller, the manager, did everything in his power to fix the problem. He responded quickly our complaints and didn't try to give us a bunch of excuses. Mr. Miller offered several ways to resolve the issue and we are please with the outcome.

In addition to terrible service. One of their cars just ran me off the road! From experience, do not recommend them at all -10,000 out of 10

The worst. They cut corners, lied, and charged 4 times retail...took advantage of 90 year woman. The customer service is non-existent. Stay away!

Kenny made me at ease. He was honest and very experienced. He corrected the previous plumbers work. He didn't take short cuts and was very thorough.

AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER AND INCOMPETENT PLUMBER. Had issue with the master bathroom toilet leaking water. First the plumber said it was the problem with the valve and then he said it was the water pressure. Took the toilet out. For some reason the other bathroom shower got issues too after the plumber """"fixed"""" the problem. The hot/cold was reserved. Then he left to go to another job for several hours...came back later in the night and the job wasn't done. Claimed he couldn't get the part to replace the toilet and would be back in the morning. Never showed up in the morning. Had to call and was told they had another plumbing emergency to get to. No regards for anyone's time. They took the money and never finished the job. They claimed they would be back in the evening. But enough was enough. We called another plumbing company """"Northside Plumbing."""" They told us what was wrong, stepped us through what they were going to do, gave us the quotes and told us everything would be completed in one day. They were true to their words. Everything was done right in a timely manner. Go with """"Northside Plumbing"""" and avoid Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Roswell. It'll save you some headache.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Read this and you will use someone else! Today I received a request for a review of this company which is the only reason I am taking this time to tell you of my horrific experience. I will make this short but provide the details needed. I needed a new water heater and called Mr. Rooter. The technician came later in the evening and finished up about 730 PM. I'm not sure if it's normal process but they turn the water off at the street and replace the water heater. At this time I also had a handyman at my house who is working on something else but could see the technician and what he was doing. After he finished installing the water heater he went down to the street and turn the water lines back onto the house. He did drain the lines nor did he ease the water pressure back into the house. When I say this I mean let the water run or a drip so the pressure is released. He laughed and when my daughter turned on the water for the first time to take a bath the pipe burst to do the pressure and as a result of this I received close to $20,000 in water damage. I immediately called Mr. Rooter who didn't call me back for two days. They send two guys out they walked around my house they didn't say one word to me they didn't apologize or anything they already had a pre-printed out and highlighted stating that any damage is not their responsibility.so really they just came out to follow process they already had the paperwork it was already highlighted from the office and they already knew with their story was. I called the owner of the company Robert Minkert who said he sees this kind of thing all the time and that it's not their problem. They took no responsibility they never said sorry one time I have the piece of pipe as proof and I hope my insurance company is going after them. I am just going to warn you stay away there are people that are concerned and there are people that just don't care and this is one of them did just don't care. I told Robert that what is this was his daughter and she was being treated like this and he had nothing to say to that. Do not use!

Very expensive, asked $345.25 for Main Sewer Cleanout. The guy came late about an hour or more and just took 20 min to put and clean the snake machine. Told me it is the tree root and maybe you need to get the tree removed. I raised a complaint about the expensive charges and he told me that he travelled 25+ miles to reach my home. I never asked them to send someone from so far. Two days later the clogging returned and I tried Foaming Root Killer and it was gone. Will never be hiring them again.

My gas power vent hot water heater went out and due to the model and setup of my home, I quickly learned that this wasn't a typical easy replacement job for most plumbing companies. I had 5 plumbers come out in total. The first told me it could be up to 2 weeks before I would receive hot water in my home again. I'd already gone 5 days without at this point. Another quoted me nearly $5,000, saying that it would be easiest if I went with a tankless and they'd need to drill new holes through my home. Mr Rooter was lucky #5 and came through with a swift solution to my issue. My hot water was restored within 24hrs of the first estimate. Jim was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through each step in the process. And thought it was absurd that any plumbing company would expect someone to go nearly 3 weeks without hot water. And the price point was refreshing to hear as well. I'd recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!! :)
