NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO EXCUSE I spoke to their customer service agent Barbara during the time frame that they were supposed to actually show up, and she informed me that she attempted to call last night, using my contact info, but for some reason, the call went to someone else named """"Carl"""". I have a screen shot of my phone to show that NO ONE reached me via phone, the call was never made. However, even if they tried my phone three times and it did go to someone named """"Carl"""", they also had my email, which we KNOW works because I got the CONFIRMATION email below that they were going to show up between 8 am and 11 am. So they had the ability to email me, yet no one took the initiative to do so. Their own damn booking tool online showed that the time slot was available between 8 and 11. Yet they chose to no-show, and had I not called, they would not have even notified me. They are responsible for putting a serious hitch in what was to be a rather big day. We changed our schedule to be here for their plumber. They have NO EXCUSE for not getting a hold of me. Your booking tool misrepresented what you are capable of. This is absolutely PATHETIC. A simple email, simple effort would have been all it took. Screen show from my phone attached to show ALL of the calls that I received yesterday. No call from Mr. Rooter WHATSOEVER.

Update 12/25/19 - After an angry phone call to the manager, another plumber (Steve) came back out a few days later resolve my undiagnosed leak. Steve was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to identify the kitchen faucet as the source of the leak. However, I ultimately used a different plumber to replace the faucet as Mr. Rooter's quote was 3x more expensive than the plumber I ended up using.

OH!!! My The customer Service- Call Center STINKS So let me start out that we called on a Saturday am before NOON. We were told that some one would be out on Sunday between 8-11 and that they would call an hour before coming. Somewhere between 10 and 10:30 I CALL them and they said """"oh well we/they are running late"""" but the fact that I had to call them and that I did not get a call from them. OK... so my morning was shot. So they reset the appt and said we will have someone out to you between 2-5 so somewhere between 4 and 4:30 here I am AGAIN calling them wondering where the Hell the tech is. OH yea there was a water main break. Well you could not have called and said that there was not going to be some one coming or there again was going to be a delay. REALLY so my entire day I waiting for them and they NEVER called. So we asked if they were able to come on Monday. Oh yes you will be first on our list. So we got up EARLY thinking it would be 7:30-8:am that someone would show up they called some bit later and someone finally showed up. I have nothing against the TECH he did a great job. However the customer service leave A LOT to be desired. We will NOT be using this company again nor will I recommend any part of this company. We even provided our own product and the PRICE to have it installed was unbelievable. Please call RS Andrews instead.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I missed an important event this morning because they scheduled me for an emergency visit between 8-12. 11 came around and I had no call, so I was suspicious and called them. They told me no one bothered to put my appointment in the system and couldn't get me in until tomorrow. I have no running water... Avoid at all costs. You are just a number to them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, mainly if you have an emergency they used that against you... Very disappointed with overall service received. Appointment windows not respected, tools that don't work, gas leak after installation never found by technician not even a spray bottle with soapy water to find the leak, but for sure want to try to sell a different service, all and all will NOT recommend Mr Rooter at all. After all unresolved issue I contacted my gas provider who immediately came and resolved gas leak in no time and confirm how poorly the installation was. Few day before writing this review email Mr rooter to notify the my level of frustration with the service, as of today not even a reply to to my email to validate the information with that shows the lack of professionalism and lack of interest for the services that they provide of for the warranty that they brag about. Again avoid this company they do NOT stand by their promise.

Jason J. came on a Sunday to fix our sump pump and explained everything in detail to help us understand what needed to be fixed now and what could wait a little while. He gave us the best price and was extremely knowledgeable on all plumbing related issue. He had lots of experience. No shortcuts were taken and we still were given a great price. We learned a lot and feel good knowing we have a trustworthy technician to continue to count on in the future. -Erin

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks. Unfortunately, on August 1 they sent Zach to fix the leak. He said we needed new faucets. He went out and bought them (we have never received the invoices for purchases). He installed the faucets which turned out to be crooked. He then told us we needed new emergency shut off lines to the tune of over $700. We later discovered he had only installed one. The total bill for installing 2 faucets was $1788.11 which is an outrageous amount. We made numerous calls to the company . They wanted to send Zach out again and we said no. Luckily, they have at least 2 good plumbers (Ken and Joshua) who fixed what Zach had screwed up. We never were able to talk to a manager. We feel like we need some of our money back for this outrageous screw up. We are not complainers and have never posted a bad review but we are so disgusted that we felt the need to let management know the stress and cost we had to deal with.

While our initial experience was a bad one, I have to say that Mr. Miller, the manager, did everything in his power to fix the problem. He responded quickly our complaints and didn't try to give us a bunch of excuses. Mr. Miller offered several ways to resolve the issue and we are please with the outcome.

In addition to terrible service. One of their cars just ran me off the road! From experience, do not recommend them at all -10,000 out of 10

The worst. They cut corners, lied, and charged 4 times retail...took advantage of 90 year woman. The customer service is non-existent. Stay away!
