SDGE turned off our gas due to a gas leak. Mr R team responded promptly.

Erik replaced the 1.5"" main underground GAS LINE 15' from the meter to the house. Project entailed trenching dirt, blasting and replacing concrete. Job took just over a day and he left the work site in pristine condition. Passed the SDGE pressure test and they turned the gas back on, no questions asked.

Knowledgeable, professional, dependable, thorough and solid work ethic. Meghan in the office also super communicative. Clearly a team that takes pride in their work.

I have definitely found my neighborhood plumber.

When our home warranty wouldn't cover a leak in our condo, Brendan at Mr Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing was able to come in and quickly and efficiently fix the issue that day. The office worked with our HOA to determine their responsibility and clearly communicated my homeowner portion that I needed to cover. Now that we have a reliable plumber we will not be renewing our home warranty and instead have them on speed dial!

Our a shower faucet would not turn off this morning. After a quick trip to the hardware store, I realized we needed a professional. When I called, the phone was answered right away by a polite advisor. They were able to come out within a couple of hours, and had all the items on hand to replace the cartridge. The technician Erick was courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable. He provided some tips, so this wouldn't happen in the future. He was able to do so without making me feel pressured or that I was being talked down to as a female. I have already provided all of my friends with their contact information and recommendation.

Arnie showed up at scheduled time, surveyed my situation, and came up with a reasonable cost to replace the water heater.

Just want to thank Meg, Jake, Eric and all the other crew from MRNP. We've been using them for a lot of plumbing services at the HOAs we manage along with work at our office. The team always goes the extra mile to get everything taking care of and are great at communicating with all parties.

In fact we had a 2"" main break on Easter Sunday and Eric has been out working on it all day to get water returned to homeowners ASAP.

We had a leaking tankless water heater so we contacted Mr. Rogers. Meghan in the front office was very nice and responsive and quickly arranged a visit by one of their plumbers to look at our problem and provide a recommended solution and cost estimate. We ended up deciding to replace our heater. Our plumber Erick did a great job with the installation. There was a small glitch after the installation was completed, but Erick came back out right away and worked with the manufacturer to determine the necessary fix. The water heater has been working great ever since. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rogers to anyone who needs a plumber.
