We smelled a musty smell in the office for weeks so we calledMr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing to come out and test for a potential water leak. Jake was extremely helpful and did a thorough check for moisture but fortunately was unable to find a leak. He was polite, attentive and charged a very fair price for his time. The next time I need a plumber I will call Mr. Rogers! Thank you!

After a few years of frustration with problems their fellow they sent, quickly figured out our problem. There's a reason this company has all 5 star reviews! We had a geyser coming out of our bathroom toilet at 7:30 at night and as luck would have it, the water shut off valve was broken as was the main shut off to the house. Needless to say, we were in trouble. I found this company from a quick and desperate google search and gave them a call. The receptionist was very kind and up front about their after hours pricing but assured me they would do their best to keep costs doable. She let me know that Jake could be at our house within the hour and he was there in 5 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and was also very up front about pricing (which was more than fair) before he started to fix anything. He had the problem fixed in no time and even fixed a loose faucet that's been driving me crazy for months!
If you're looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and efficient plumbing company, this is the place! Will definitely use him again and refer him to friends and family.

The hot water coming out of our bathtub faucet would not shut off. It was gushing full force, wasting water and driving up our gas bill. Megan at Mr. Rogers called me within 15 minutes of me reporting the problem to the property manager. She prioritized us and scheduled us for an appointment within a couple hours ON A FRIDAY which is no easy feat. She immediately understood the urgency and provided reassurance that the problem would be fixed very soon. Sure enough, Jagger came 30 minutes early, was courteous, and did a quality job to assess the problem and replaced our entire faucet with a better model, all within the appointment window promised by Megan. If you're looking for professional, quality and fair plumbing service, go with Mr. Rogers.

We found a leak spraying from one of our pipes in the garage last night after normal hours. Called Mr. Rogers and Megan picked up immediately - she helped me figure out how to turn off our water to the house to prevent the leak from getting worse and got me scheduled for this afternoon. The plumber was outstanding - he had to go find a specific part and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue even though he had never seen our pipe type before. Great experience and I would absolutely recommend.

Beyond excited because I had been wanting to get this problem resolved since October 2021 ! Our shampoo chairs in our beauty salon had been draining so slow, we snaked it various times had a couple of plumbers come out and all told me something different. But Artie and Jake were the absolute best ! Jake came out personally to see what he could do for us and the problem was resolved ! It was such a relief that after so long he was able to figure out what was causing the issue. I have to say, I cannot be happier with the service received from Mr Rogers Plumbing. Megan answered the phone and she was quick to get things rolling, she was so helpful. She immediately connected with Brendan and within an hour of the initial call, all of our problems were resolved. Brendan went out of his way to make sure we had great documentation of what caused the leak and he gave us a very fair price for the repair. My daughter recently had Mr. Rogers out to her home for work on her tankless water heater. She couldn't say enough about their work. I had a similar issue with my unit and called. I had the pleasure of talking with Megan who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged a date and time and Jagger was right on time. I had the pipe leading up to my water meter break and gave them a call. Megan took the call and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She got a plumber (Arnie) over to my house ASAP. Arnie diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within two hours, and I only had to pay half of what other plumbers had quoted me.
