I noticed the tile grout on the floor around the toilet seemed damp. I found Mr. Rogers on Yelp during my search for plumbers with solid feedback. My wife coincidentally found them on Thumbtack as well. She contacted Mr. Rogers the same day with pictures of the issue and they quickly identified it was the wax ring that was causing the issue. Within less than 24 hours, Brendan showed up within the time frame promised. He was friendly and responsive, and quickly made the necessary repairs to ensure there would be no more leaks. He offered us a better sealant than the traditional wax and did a very clean job repairing the caulking. No mess left behind! Also the pricing was very competitive so I was happy to give them my business.

In terms of covid measure, he wore a mask and shoe coverings which is a big plus for me as I have had other repair men enter the home with no regard to cleanliness.

Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, reliable, honest work done for their plumbing needs.

Jake is great. We starting seeing water coming you through our laminate floors. Jake was able to get out to us within 30 minutes. He found the wall leak (and various other potential leaks) and repaired the damage within 90 minutes. Really nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jake Rogers.

Top notch company!

Wanted to get rid of my water heater for a tankless one and have a washer/dryer hookup installed where my old water heater was located. Brendan (awesome guy) was able to come in and do the job with no problems. Him and his coworkers came in and removed the old water heater and disposed of it for me. They installed a new Navien tankless water heater in attic. They installed framing and plywood in the attic in order to mount the tankless. They rerouted the hot and cold water lines to accommodate location of the tankless. They installed isolation valves in order to descale tankless in the future. They installed a new gas line and rerouted it to the attic to accommodate the location of the tankless. They installed new piping, shut off valve, gas sediment trap, and gas flex line. They ran a condensation drain line and T&P drain line and tied it into the existing vent line. They ran new 2in PVC venting through existing 4in metal venting to the roof line. They installed a new washer machine drain line, and recessed box with new valves. They ran a new 2in Ptrap and tied it into the existing drain line near lavatory sink. They rerouted the hot and cold water lines from the attic to location of laundry box.

They did all this in two days at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend anyone that's looking for a great deal with great service!

We woke up to our washing machine causing water to overflow into our bathtubs and toilets. We called Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing (after several other companies simply did not pick up the phone) and they were able to come out the same day. Brendan was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our issue. Our bathrooms were back up and running within a couple hours of the initial phone call. The price was also very reasonable for the work done and we are very appreciative!

Knowledgeable without fuss. Connected the fire pit with a kit. He discussed it briefly with me, I told him what I envisioned and he did it. Price was reasonable. He was good natured and did not mind giving an estimate for two smaller jobs. I agreed to estimate and he did it. Other plumbers made a big deal about what ""might"" happen. He did not have that problem and I appreciated him not laying his anxiety on me. Communication was not an issue . Scheduling the task was flexible and easy. They answer the phone or they get back to you promptly. I was able to reschedule earlier since parts came in earlier than expected. Really really smooth and pleasant experience.

Brendan and Aaron were AMAZING! We had an emergency leak in our shower and Brendan and Aaron came to save the day. After getting a first opinion, and wanting a second, and Brendan and Aaron came to provide a free estimate. What they quoted us was half the amount. They were communicative, respectful, and efficient. They fixed our problem with ease and in a very timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better people to complete the job! We needed new shower fixtures in our master bath. We called ASI, The White Glove Guys. They came the same day. I was a little shocked to say the least when I was handed an estimate for $1,458.00. I decided to Call Mr. Rogers Plumbing. Jake was so pleasant and I could tell by talking to him, he was honest. Jake came to our home a few hours later and gave us an estimate using the same fixtures as ASI were going to use. To be told I just saved myself over $800.00 by calling Mr. Rogers, I was literally floored! The work is done, great job and very happy!
