Received an email from the city stating I had a possible leak. Friendly Mr. Rogers plumber comes over, detects leak, fixes leak. Call them back a week later after I noticed a rust color halfway up the edge of my shower tile where it meets the wall, Another friendly Mr. Rogers plumber comes over quickly and finds inside water valve leak and proceeds to cap it off. He went above and beyond for what was tasked. We appreciate that. Shyla was the dispatcher who I spoke with both and yes, she is friendly and professional as well! We will use Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing for our plumbing needs!

Jake Rogers came out to my house on short notice and provided multiple options to address a pipe leak. His helpful and professional advice convinced me that he and his team would be the best choice to repipe my house. One of Jake's plumbers, Arnie, and two other plumbers, completed the repipe in only four days and did an excellent job. Jake and Arnie also helped us with identifying excellent professionals to complete drywall repairs and restoration from the original pipe leak!

Brendon was out last week to install 3 sinks, repair a toilet and fix a gas valve. $1900 was the total. He was a nice guy; he got the job done. But with poor quality and I believe a rip off. Quality: he installed 3 new faucets. He should have been able to align them with the sinks. But no. Every time I brush my teeth, I will see how out of align the faucet is and know - poor job. I should have gotten quotes from other plumbers; but I was in a hurry (I had 3 other contractors coming to my house for various issues). Maybe $1900 was the standard. However, Brendon said I needed 4 flex hoses with shutoff valves on two sinks. Price: $500 installed. I checked with a plumber two days later and with a plumbing supply house. The parts were priced at less than $30 each. That's $125 worth of parts and Brendon charged me $500! One plumber said that some plumbers just like to take advantage of the elderly. I think I got ripped off. I should have call Big Orange Plumbing, an honest plumbing company. I will never call the local guy again - the neighborhood guy cannot be trusted.

Jake from Mr. Roger's was super timely when we had a hose break and was gushing water. He got here within 30 mins and fixed the hose. Then he fixed a minor water pressure in our shower. Phenomenal service and recommend them.

Just had Nick out from Mr.Rogers plumbing & he was extremely helpful & nice! I called this morning due to our garbage disposal not working and they were able to get someone out same day. Time frame was between 12-2 and was called around 10:40 saying he was running early and wanted to see of he could come by earlier, that worked for me! Nick was really knowledgeable and fixed our garbage disposal in 5 minutes! He even explained it to me how to do it in the future! Over all 10/10 experience!
