I used Mr. Reliable Plumbing to replace a water heater and I was most happy with the work that was done. Isaac is the Plumber who came to my house. He was efficient, thorough and even cleaned up after himself.

I called for a person to come out and give me an estimate for removing a water heater and installing a tankless unit, as well as replacing the current furnace with a heater/AC unit. Every other company I've talked to has come out for free. Mr Reliable Plumbing wanted $69 just to give me an estimate. Sorry, there are many other companies that must want my business because they don't charge for estimates.

I had a kitchen sink clog, (give 2 star not 1 star because the technician was professional and friendly), I ended up paying $150 but left with exactly the same clog problem before he came. They presented a rate sheet that starts at $246 with no mentioning of relevant issues but emphasis on warranty period. My understanding was that, the quote was based on in person inspection, that was how much I needed to pay to resolve the problem. Then at the end, I was told it it actually costs $360+ to resolve, plus, I needed to schedule another appointment since the technician did not have the tool. If I quit, then I owe $150. Called customer service, no further reply to further discuss my concern. I will not use their service again because it is so confusing how they do business. The right way should be, having a better inspection and inform customer the potential higher cost when quoting the price.

MY drain for the sink, dishwasher and washing machine clogged up. I tried myself and could not get it clear.
I yelped and got a response from Mr Reliable, they came earlier than promised due to a cancellation. Dan and Efren did a great job, and everything works now!

Be careful! We were in an emergency situation but felt pressured to sign on the dotted line. The costs were incredibly high and we didn't feel we had any options at that moment after they dug a hole in the front yard, and then pressured us to decide. After the fact, we checked other sources and found that we probably paid $4,000 too much! Paperwork was sloppy, and I'm frustrated that they are actually using a picture of MY HOUSE and the job they were doing here on this site - especially when we are NOT happy!

Absolute rip off. The people on the phone refuse to give pricing other than to say the advertised special may not be available and just to talk to them you must pay $49. Then when the plumber arrives he instantly says you get no special pricing but must agree to pay the $49. Once agreed he looks on a menu and the minimum price for the lowest level of service is $250... basic over $350 and so on... all without doing anything.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would. They know what they're doing in both the plumbing and HVAC areas. The guys are friendly and all are willing to take the time to explain whatever is going on. We used them for a major HVAC overhaul, as well as some shower pan replacement and re-caulking. Both jobs were done carefully and on time. And when a small event occurred with the HVAC system, Anthony came right out to take care of the problem. On a Saturday! I wish all of my contractor experiences were as good as this one has been!

Had a good experience with Art, who arrived promptly and resolved issue with a corroded main water pipe that involved excavation and repair. He also performed diagnostics to determine a leak. Arturo was knowledgeable, punctual and got the problem taken care of.

The company is not professional in dealing with the work. They had to come 3 times and still did not finish the job. First time they came in to give an estimate took 2 hours to figure out what needs to be done and still did not give the estimate, went back and gave a high estimate, I tried negotiating.
Second time they were supposed to call me before coming and did not, they showed up no one was at home.
Third time he came in and did not tell me that the water needs tone shutoff to the unit, because HOA needs to give a 24 hour notice to all residents.
So for the fourth time visit they said because we have come there 3 times already we will jack up the price by 150$. BS.
They are not professional in dealing with their customers. These were simple mis-communications which if their front office was careful could have been avoided.

Stay away from them. You will find much better guys for much cheaper out there.
