The company is not professional in dealing with the work. They had to come 3 times and still did not finish the job. First time they came in to give an estimate took 2 hours to figure out what needs to be done and still did not give the estimate, went back and gave a high estimate, I tried negotiating.
Second time they were supposed to call me before coming and did not, they showed up no one was at home.
Third time he came in and did not tell me that the water needs tone shutoff to the unit, because HOA needs to give a 24 hour notice to all residents.
So for the fourth time visit they said because we have come there 3 times already we will jack up the price by 150$. BS.
They are not professional in dealing with their customers. These were simple mis-communications which if their front office was careful could have been avoided.

Stay away from them. You will find much better guys for much cheaper out there.

Yesterday I had a really last minute plumbing emergency because the other guys I went to previously, never called me back the day before (3 voicemails left). I decided to give Mr. Reliable a call, as I received a great response from them on a quote for drain clearing before on Yelp. I was able to get same day evening plumbing service, with a toilet change (tank cracked all the way to the bowl), and changing out the leaking hose and valve that connected the toilet to the wall. Karla also had me set up a backup appointment for today in case everything couldn't be done last night.

Karla's customer service on the phone was top notch, and she was so friendly and understanding of our emergency. We had Tony come out and he was also very nice and knew what he was doing, even offered an inspection underneath the house, but we deemed it was too dark to see anything at that time of night. Overall, 5 star service and support. I'd recommend them if you have an emergency like us, or just need to setup a regular appointment.

We suffered a complete blockage of our main sewage outlet which caused all our toilet bowls to drain and all our bath tubs to flood. We have a six month old baby and not a ton of money to drop on expensive plumbing services. Anthony from Mr. Reliable came out to us within an hour of our call, determined the cause of our issue right away. It took some doing, but he was able to remove a large clog of what ended up being a bunch of baby wipes. Anthony was super cool to my wife and his expertise along with very friendly and sympathetic demeanor was exactly what we were hoping for in the situation. Anytime we need plumbing services in the future, we will be calling Mr. Reliable and asking for Anthony. Customers for life. Thanks again!

Mixed feeling. A small job should have been completed in 15 mins took 2 days and 300$+. I asked these folks over for their good reviews and I am not pleased by their service. They come over and present you a rate sheet in which there is no mention or relevance of the issue. It's starts at 300$.

I had to cycle through 2 technicians as first one did not know or have right equipment. A lot of frustration due to waiting either on the phone or waiting for technicians. Had to take a day off.

Anyhow.. gave them 3 stars because the finally did the work.

I had requested this company to finish the plumbing for a bathroom. I was refused because ""the company works with a contractor only, not directly with the owner, they need a contractor to tell them what to do, not the owner""

The service technician visited my house, told he could do the work and the administrative assistant confirmed that he could do the work. I never received the quote and was told that he needed to come again to provide the formal quote. After multiple emails and rescheduled appointments they just stopped responding. Definitely not reliable.

Daniel did a great job for my house water pipe leak and dryer vent fix. He gave detail inspection and provided full scope of work and got the job done right. I would recommend this company toanyone with plumbing issues.

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

Daniel service was the best met this guy little time back gave his company a call had a guy name Bruce come out cleaned my drains for was quick and very friendly if I could give more stars I would. If u want a great deal friendly service quick give them a call there outstanding!!!!!!!

After experiencing an initial unfavorable service experience with Mr. Reliable Plumbing, I had posted a negative review thinking I would never receive a response back.

After a few months past I was extremely surprised to see that both the Business Owner and Manager were both eager to listen to my service concern and went out of the way to turn my negative experience into a positive one. So many companies today are so eager to take your money and once they receive it, they don't want to have anything to do with you if you have any issues. I can truly say that this is not one of those companies. They really do care about their customers, and this means a lot.

I have bumped my review up to 5 stars and would certainly do business with ""Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating"" again.
