I had Jeff come out for a small job, which took him and another guy two hours, and for which he charged me an incredibly fair price. As a new-ish homeowner, I'm realizing just how rare it is to find someone with total integrity, someone who won't take advantage of one's lack of specialized knowledge, but Jeff is that someone. The job he did for me was quoted by that big local company that advertises everywhere at exactly 5X what Jeff ended up charging me. The work he did was solid and he's a good guy. I do hope I never have to see him again, since that will mean there's something wrong with my pipes, but if there is...I know just who to call!

Jeff was great. An old corroded pipe behind my sink broke, and Jeff managed to fit me in later that day. It's his grandfather's business and he cares a lot about doing the job right. Very reasonable price and very quick too! Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

Another winner found on Yelp! I can see why Jeff has so many great reviews. We left our garden hose connected to the house over winter (oops!) and had a pipe freeze & burst inside the house. Jeff was prompt and able to help us out right away. He showed up right on time and took care of it for us. Not only was he polite and a joy to work with, his rates are very reasonable. We've found our go to plumber (god forbid anything else happens)!

I was thoroughly impressed with Jeff and highly recommend him. We had a leak on our mainline and needed a plumber to fix the pipe. He answered the call right away, asked several questions -- I sent him a picture -- he diagnosed it over the phone and was over within an hour. Definitely would call on him again.

I assume you are looking for a plumber if you read this review. I was doing the same thing last weekend. Stop your search and just call Mr. Plumber. He answered the phone when I called after nine one night and rearranged his schedule to come out the next day. He capably installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced a hot water valve, and fixed the leak in the backyard for a super reasonable price ($130, when another guy was going to charge $165 just to install the faucet). He was very nice and skilled. You will be happy with Mr. Plumber!

I found Jeff through Yelp, and before he even came to the house, I was impressed. He asked thorough questions to make sure that he had all the information to complete our water heater installation. He and his assistant were both polite and courteous.

A few days later, we needed help with our washer/dryer installation, and Jeff came over at the end of his day and stayed to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend him!

I am SO happy I found Mr Plumber through Yelp. I had an external pipe freeze and burst on a Friday evening. I had to shut off the entire house's water while I figured out what the hell to do.
I called and spoke to Jeff after 6pm while he was on another job, and he still came out to my house afterwards. It was also freezing cold outside, and still he was willing to come work in the dark at my place.
He was great- explained the problem, told me my options, was super quick, and turned what could have been a huge issue into a minor inconvenience for me. So polite and helpful.
I hope I never have to call him again, but if I ever have any plumbing issues, I will definitely use Mr Plumber again.

My initial call to Mr. Plumber (based on the previous review) concerned a dripping faucet and a clogged sink drain, but by the day of our appointment I also had a nonfunctioning water heater. Jeff carefully ascertained what the problem was in each case, had all necessary parts with him, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It appeared the water heater's pilot had simply not been relit after a boiler repair (by someone else) two days before. When we discovered later on that the water heater had failed again, Jeff and his nephew came at the end of a long and busy day, carefully checked each of the items that could have been faulty, and replaced the thermocouple. The water heater is now humming happily along, and Mr. Plumber has another household on his loyal-customer list!

I appreciated Jeff's willingness to educate me and to answer my many questions. Although he is busy, he takes the time to be thorough. Jeff's grandfather was the original Mr. Plumber, and Jeff began working with him as a child. He places a high value on both his work and his business, hoping one of his younger family members will be the next Mr. Plumber. This kind of commitment is increasingly rare these days, and is one of the qualities I look for in the people I do business with. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber.
