I needed the shut off valves replaced under my sink and wasn't really willing to risking flooding my house on a DIY project. After getting a terrible referral from HomeAdvisor who sent me a company that cost me $39 just to get an estimate that was over $400, I called Jeff.

He asked a couple of specific questions the piping under my sink and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He took time before his first appointment the the next morning to look at everything to give me a better estimate. I ended paying less than a 1/3 of what the other company wanted.

He was able to come later that afternoon and get everything installed quickly. I will definitely recommending him to friends and family.

Really great guy. Taught us how to fix our own garbage disposal. He fits us in at the last minute. He gives great referrals when something is out of the scope of what he does--didn't even charge us after investigating a problem, diagnosing it and then referring out. Recommend highly!

Excellent in every way!

I had a busted pipe from my outdoor spigot freezing, soaking my crawl space. I called several plumbers, but Jeff returned my call right away. He was in the area already and stopped by 15 minutes after I called. An hour later, the job was done!
Jeff also upgraded my spigot fixture to one with a pressure valve to prevent the problem from happening again. He notified me of a 5 year/$5,000 warranty the product came with.
Jeff was very professional, courteous, quick, and fair-priced. I would absolutely use his services again.

Jeff just saved me $5,000! Oh, and he's also a super nice guy who's easy to work with and knows what he's doing.

Our water heater stopped working the other night. We had a big and (supposedly) reputable company to come out first thing the next morning to check it out. They quoted me $1,414 to replace the ignition assembly on our A.O. Smith water heater (only 6 yrs old). However, tech couldn't say for sure if that was the real problem; tries to convince me to just buy a new water heater. The one he recommends for me costs $5,160. No thanks.

I found Jeff on Yelp and called him for a second opinion. First of all, he was nice enough to recommend that I check the air intake vent on the side of the house to see if it's clogged. This is my first indication that Jeff actually wants to help figure out what's wrong instead of just trying to get me to replace the water heater.

Anyway, he was able to come out at noon the next day and determined that we DID indeed need a new ignition assembly. He had one in his truck, and it cost $116 (NOT $1,414). He replaced it and charged me $130 in labor. For $246, Jeff got me back up and running, AND in less than 1 hour.

Thank you, Jeff, for running a reputable business and putting your customers' needs first! We'll definitely use Mr. Plumber again in the future, and you should too!

I used Jeff a few months back after many neighbor recommendations on the website NextDoor. I had several plumbers out previously to look at the low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom sink. They were sure it was corroded pipes and that they all needed to be replaced (and chased into the basement). Jeff came to take a look and though he didn't have time to get into it, proposed that it may just be the fixture had sediment clogging it up. He came back a few days later when he had time in his schedule and sure enough, that is what it was. I paid just over $100 for what others wanted to charge thousands to correct a problem that wasn't there. Very grateful and I will be using Jeff in the future!

Strictly communication wise, I've yet to hear back from Jeff after I emailed him pics of a job I was looking to do. I'm guessing he's busy, but still, a quick email saying ""thanks I got the photos, will be in touch"" would have been better than nothing for 3 days. I'm leaving the rating at 3 stars because he DID email me back right away the first time I messaged him, and also just in case something serious happened, but if not, I did expect better communication after all the 5 star reviews people left him.

I had Jeff come out for a small job, which took him and another guy two hours, and for which he charged me an incredibly fair price. As a new-ish homeowner, I'm realizing just how rare it is to find someone with total integrity, someone who won't take advantage of one's lack of specialized knowledge, but Jeff is that someone. The job he did for me was quoted by that big local company that advertises everywhere at exactly 5X what Jeff ended up charging me. The work he did was solid and he's a good guy. I do hope I never have to see him again, since that will mean there's something wrong with my pipes, but if there is...I know just who to call!

Jeff was great. An old corroded pipe behind my sink broke, and Jeff managed to fit me in later that day. It's his grandfather's business and he cares a lot about doing the job right. Very reasonable price and very quick too! Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

Another winner found on Yelp! I can see why Jeff has so many great reviews. We left our garden hose connected to the house over winter (oops!) and had a pipe freeze & burst inside the house. Jeff was prompt and able to help us out right away. He showed up right on time and took care of it for us. Not only was he polite and a joy to work with, his rates are very reasonable. We've found our go to plumber (god forbid anything else happens)!
