My job was small - just replacing a busted disposal - but Zlatko responded to my query instantly, found a convenient time for both of us, showed up at the agreed-on time on the dot, with a replacement in hand, did the job in far less time than we'd allowed, and even cheerfully helped me out with another issue in my yard asking no further fee. I can't really imagine what could have been better service.

Mr Pipe (Zlatko), is an amazing plumber. He is also the most honest plumber
I have ever had. He came at the end of his day and replaced two pipes that
were spraying hot water all over the crawl space under the master bath. He He sent me before and after videos of the pipes, and showed me the damaged pipes when he was through.
Zlatko charged me a very reasonable fee, and checked some plumbing issues inside my house as well. Zlatko is a gentleman plumber, and I will be using only him from now on.

I had the ""slow leak"" coming from the shower-head. Seems like a small problem, but if you research, you'll find there's more than meets the eye. I messaged Mr Pipe in the morning to inquire about price and availability. Zlatko replied instantly! The quote was reasonable, and he was available in the afternoon. I made one clown attempt to fix the problem on my own and decided I better use his services. He came on time and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Actually, I was able to determine how and where to shut off water supply to my shower, which sped things up a bit (super proud of myself) but Zlatko deserves the credit. I highly recommend him. Best deal in town!

There was a leak coming from the ceiling, so we contacted several plumbers on Yelp. Among them, Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter provided a competitive quote, but what made them stand out was Zlatko's communication and professionalism compared to the others.

Zlatko was easy to communicate with via text and arrived promptly. He conducted a thorough inspection of the leak and tried various noninvasive tests. When nothing seemed to work, he respectfully asked for permission to drill a small hole through the wall to investigate further, which had been discussed as a possibility over the phone. We agreed, and the camera revealed that the leak was much more severe than we initially thought. Zlatko explained the process and solution step by step without pressuring us to move forward with him.

As promised, he texted us the next morning with an updated quote and we agreed to move forward. He arrived on time and got to work right away. After fixing the leak, he tested it multiple times to ensure that everything was working properly.

Zlatko is a professional, respectful, and reliable plumber in our experience. He even wore booties in our shoeless house without being asked. We highly recommend Zlatko from Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber.

Zaltko, the owner came out to my day spa to determine where the sewage smell was coming from. He was the third individual that came out. He spotted it immediately. I had to close my day spa for 5 days due to the rancid smell.

I had a toilet leak that needed to be fixed. I had a home warranty that I thought I could use but the contractor they sent was too lazy to disassemble the toilet. Zlatko took the time to find out what the issue was and gave quality recommendations on my options. He went above and beyond to help me reinstall a new toilet. He was very conscious of the space he was working in and cleaned up after the install. I really appreciated that he had shoe coverings before entering the home. My kitchen sink was back up and had still water in it all night. I've tried to unclog it by using Drano, but it didn't work. I messaged Zlakto (the owner) the next morning and he was very responsive and transparent about the cost. He came to fix my drain the same day. He was very patient, snaked for a couple times and finally found the root cause and fixed it. AND...he cleaned up the area afterwards really well!
