I had 5 plumbers tell me that they couldn't get my bracelet out of the toilet after I flushed it down. I called Mr pipe and they came within 1 hour to my spot and successfully recovered my bracelet within a hour or two. I live in a 5 story apartment for reference. Only calling Mr pipe for all plumbing issues from now on. Service is amazing, skills are top notch, and the plumber is super cool and really tries to solve the issue and did. Highly recommend

Fantastic service! Very professional. I was given a 3 hour window and he showed up right on time. Took care of the problem and made sure what he did was going to work. I asked him to check a leaky faucet. He asked to check the regulator. He said it was way high and was not working. He called his boss, told him the situation and they promised to come the next day. I received a call this am again telling when to expect a technician and again he was on time and professional. Within 15 minutes it was done. He had me check the faucet and it was no longer leaking.
