Fantastic service! Very professional. I was given a 3 hour window and he showed up right on time. Took care of the problem and made sure what he did was going to work. I asked him to check a leaky faucet. He asked to check the regulator. He said it was way high and was not working. He called his boss, told him the situation and they promised to come the next day. I received a call this am again telling when to expect a technician and again he was on time and professional. Within 15 minutes it was done. He had me check the faucet and it was no longer leaking.

Mr Pipe has done great work for us a few different times, including clearing a clogged drain, replacing a pressure reducing valve, and investigating a shower leak. They've been on time, efficient and priced fairly. Zlatko is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what's going on.

We had a leak late Thursday evening and they had a guy at our house in under 30 minutes. It was a complicated fix but he was able to apply a quick patch and returned the next day to finish the job. Involved removing and replacing drywall and landscaping but you'd never know they were there. Have put this company on speed dial for our next project or emergency.

Having plumbing issues it's the worst
So I went like crazy making calls trying to find people so I found Mr pipe plumbing and rooter I had and issue with my water heather I didn't have hot water for a few days so Mr pipe come to my place and check everything out so and he change my water heater because the one the I got it's was already done but. But before all that he actually check all the sources to see if he can make it work but it's all from my old water heater so he got me a brand new one he got it installed the same day just a few hours he took and now we're back to having nice hot water. Mr Zlatko is a very efficient guy very organized & the most important part very professional thank you for a great great service Mr Zlatko very highly appreciated and very highly recommended.

Had a great experience, Zlatko showed up the same day I called, on time. Identified where the leak was coming from (water company had called saying usage was high). Some plumbers won't fix irrigation but he knew exactly what to do and had to remove a wooden flower box dig down and fix the issue, put everything back together and even touched up with paint on the flower box. Full service and will be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.
