Big fan of Mr.Flow rooter and plumbing. I've worked with Roger on several occasions and he is everything you can ask for in a plumber. He is knowledgeable, timely, communicative, and honest. He has always responded to my calls quickly and with excellence. He is respectful, he even took his shoes off before walking on my new carpet. His fees are reasonable too.

Roger is the best! My husband and I had a leak in our shower and after getting an outrageous quote from another company, we decided to get a second opinion and contacted Roger. Not only is he prompt and professional, he's very honest as well. He was able to fix the leak without having to expose any walls and he is very reasonable priced. We'll definitely be contacting him for any of our future plumping needs.

We wanted to replace our bathroom finishings and what we didn't know is that we needed to change the valve inside the wall as well. Who knew that different brands and different finishings have different valves? Of course, this was after we bought the parts and before we had a plumber come. Either way, Roger was very helpful and told us exactly what we/he needed to do. We're happy our finishings are installed. It changed the bathroom! Thank you!

I contacted Mr. Flow on a weekend emergency because my kitchen sink wasn't draining anymore! He was able to accommodate me and fit me in his schedule and showed up to my house shortly after I called. Unfortunately we had damaged pipes under our home requiring replacement. My fear was days to complete and no water during repair. Roger moved quickly to inspect the damage and quickly set an appointment for repair. By the way, he didn't charge for the inspection.
Fast, accurate and worked with a sense of urgency to get us up and running in one day! I will recommend him to family, friends and neighbors.
My husband was replacing a part in our bathroom. Roger returned the following day to offer my husband assistance. He also recommended someone to inspect for mold, he was also a great referral! Great guy, great service!

Roger is FANTASTIC!!! We did a Kitchen Remodel which entailed disconnecting the Sink, Dishwasher and Gas Line for the stove for removal of Granite on the Countertop which was replaced with Quartz. He returned and hooked everything back up including a new Faucet, Soap Dispensing unit and an Air Aeration Unit as well as fixing a leak in the shower We had some issues however Roger tackled every issue with the utmost professionalism and thorough knowledge of what the job entailed!
I am thrilled that he was able to get everything done and is just an absolute Gem!!!
He is terrific and I cannot say enough!!!

We had a gas leak and had to quickly resolve it as SoCalGas were required to shut us off to avoid any risks.
Roger was available, answered some questions over the phone as well as gave an estimate.
When he came he gave us 2 alternatives and explained both the prices and the options, letting us choose the choice we preferred (no dry wall breaking and most likely solving the problem)

AMAZING SERVICE!! Had a plumbing issue at 9pm right at the start of a party for 300+ people. I called and he said they'd be there in 30 minutes and he was there quickly. Arrived and got right to work and figured out the issue. The speed literally saved this very important event from being cancelled. The price was VERY reasonable for being late and on a Saturday night. Roger was very clean and presentable so it was not a burden having him walk around while our invites were there. Would highly suggest and will call if I ever have any more issues.
