So I called him & he came super quick and checked my kitchen sink and was super honest and straightforward about what I needed to buy and fix. Hands down, this company is amazing! My kitchen sink was backed up, it was extremely getting out of hand. I called this plumbing service and they answered right away. Roger came in and provided same day service! I have a house full of kids so getting this tooken care of as soon as possible was important, he came in politely and very professional! The BEST plumbing service ever! After a very shady experience with the plumber referred by my home warranty company, I called Mr. FLOW who just happened to be in the area & was here within 45 minutes to give me a second opinion. Roger returned at the end of his work day to install a new water heater, he saved me over $1000 in water lines & additional parts that weren't necessary. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my home warranty provider when the contract date comes up - no more of their thieving crooks in my home!!
