3rd time using Mr. Ed's and I can't recommend highly enough. Freddie was friendly and professional, removing a section of pipe under our sink that had developed a hole and replacing with new pipe. And the cost was very reasonable for all that he did. Now, no more leak in our kitchen!

I called their service for no hot water. Ed visited a few hours later after he texted me to inform his route. He suggested replacement as it is 20+ years old. He came back in 1-2 hours with a new hot water heater and completed his work in the evening. Very smooth service.

Water began backing into our bath and toilet. Our home warranty company sent out another plumbing company (who I now know have awful reviews) that ""fixed"" it for the time being but told us they didn't have the materials to figure out the rest. No more than 3 hours after their visit, black sewage started coming up our tub!!!

Our warranty company said they could have someone out a week from now to fix it. We have one bathroom so that wasn't going to fly. Not to mention it was a health hazard! I did some research and found Mr. Ed's Plumbing -- and boy, what a difference from the other company! His team came out the same day within hours to hydrojet the sewer line and scope it to find the issue. They were able to get the sewer line working again and told us the exact place where the issue is happening. They gave us a reasonable quote to repair the sewer line and a one year warranty on their job if our sewer backs up again.

It's been two days and our sewer line is working great. I also have peace of mind in knowing that Mr. Ed has our back if it happens again. Would absolute recommend!

Replaced galvanized pipes for reasonable cost. My daughter needed a professional and we had them replace our 65 year old pipes too. Very professional and fair . Would recommend for anyone!

Worse plumbing experience. Asked to have bathroom vanity sink leak repaired. He replaced a popup valve and trap. Claimed that the sink has a crack and surrounded the sink to popup plastic ABS with silicon. Asked the tenant to not use it for 24 hours. After that it leaked all over the tenants belongings under the sink. Now I have to replace the entire vanity and sink myself. He OVERCHARGED us $627. I can do the job myself for under $300.
He claimed that he guarantees his work for 1 year, DON'T BELIEVE HIM.

I have been through a lot through this storm
Water damage due to extensive water intrusion in my basement. I called Ed and his wife answer mid tears calling her about my water heater issues. I told her my concerns she was attentive (meanwhile it is 630pm most people are at home enjoying their family)). The next day Ed calls and he ask what where my needs and I told him the importance of getting the heater off the ground due to the water issue! He was able to do that... as for the other person, I explain the importance and he wanted me to leave the problem as the same. Ed said that he could have it end by end of day today and voila it is in and right! Yeah me. They also help get up the rest of the water off the ground so I'm just now keeping the water off the ground downstairs in my basement. If you are in need of help, call Ed! He is amazing.

Slab Leak Repair
We had a slab leak-the hot water pipe had broken. Ed took my call, even one after hours. Just from talking to him I knew I was going to hire him. He came, gave estimate which was a lot lower than I feared. He came next day with his sons and did the repairs. All three were professional and respectful. I appreciated his knowledge and ability to tackle a difficult repair without having to jack hammer the cement. Mr. Ed's will be our go-to plumber from now on.
